Had a lovely few hours learning how to cook tapas. Would highly recommend. After cooking, we enjoyed the food and company of the other customers. Such a lovely activity to do that enriched our visit to Malaga

Alba was amazing during the whole experience! It was truly an amazing time and the food turned out amazing considering Alba was going around helping all of us out while we stirred! I’d highly recommend this to anyone in Malaga!

We followed a very nice Tapas workshop at Alba. The day started with a tour of the market in Malaga, where we got to taste different olives. We were given various facts and continued our way back to the workshop where the cooking workshop started. Alba took us with passion and humor along the different dishes we made. Extremely fun activity to do when you are in Malaga area!

Javi led us on a very personal and interesting walking tour through the Atarazanas food market. We live in Malaga and shop the market often but still learned a lot from Javi's insights and recommendations. Alba led the cooking portion of the experience. She did a masterful job of first explaining each of the menu items and how we would be preparing them and then orchestrating the activities of the 11 of us as we prepped the ingredients and cooked the various dishes in parallel. The teaching kitchen is large and well-equipped out, with plenty of space for us to work. The group meal that followed was a great way to end the experience. The attendees received recipes for the dishes we cooked and a list of recommended restaurants around central Malaga. We would highly recommend this very professional experience to visitors and people who live in Malaga as we do.
