Hobbiton Movie Set Tour con pranzo da Auckland

Walking through the movie set and learning about they filmed the movie from different perspectives was wonderful. Buffet lunch was good too.

You have to have the lunch with the guided tour, it was fantastic and a great way to end the tour This was a surprise tour with a 5 day trip to NZ for my wife and our anniversary

Amazing experience, extremely organized. The bus driver was great and gave us a lot of good and helpful information. All the staff at Hobbiton made the tour really enjoyable. The lunch was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone, whether they are a Lord of the Rings fan or not.

Great tour, Our tour guide Rob was amazing, super funny, gave a lot of insight on the Hobbiton set and the making of the movies. Would highly recommend this tour. Lunch at the green dragon was really good.

Todd, our driver, possesses excellent knowledge of the tour. James, our tour guide, is wonderful and humorous, ensuring there are no dull moments. While some individuals on the bus found his accent challenging to understand due to differing backgrounds, it posed no issue for our group as we share a similar background and are colleagues and friends. We had no difficulties with James as our tour leader. Perhaps those with language difficulties could utilize their mobile accessibility features for assistance. Our entire tour was great, though some individuals who joined the bus from different locations occupied our seats, which we understand operates on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we were the first group to wait at the bus pick-up origin. I would suggest that those joining the bus should occupy available seats rather than those already taken. Nevertheless, Todd, our driver, resolved the situation, and we remained in our seats. The buffet food was exceptionally good and delicious. Overall, our trip was excellent, thanks to Driver Todd and Tour Guide James.

The experience is unforgettable. I'm not a big fan of triologies or books ... but my friend SI! Our driver/guide was cultured and shared this knowledge with us all the way by bus. On the spot we had Keith as a guide! Really amazing!! My boyfriend was very surprised at all the references to the film he could make. As a non-fan, it was a nice walk until we got to the moment where we could explore the interior of the houses!! It really won me over. Lunch is a hearty buffet, good without more. But we only had 45 minutes of meals... which I find relatively short. I recommend it is a must to do in New Zealand:)
