Autentica esperienza immersiva con guida locale. Visita il tipico caseificio delle Azzorre, dove la mungitura viene effettuata a mano, all'aperto nel pascolo. Contatto diretto con gli animali, compresa la possibilità per i visitatori di mungere manualmente la mucca e assaggiare il latte. È anche possibile accarezzare le mucche, fare foto con loro e passeggiare per i pascoli. Interazione con l'agricoltore che spiega i dettagli della sua attività. Include formaggio delle Azzorre e degustazione di vini. Ritiro e consegna non inclusi, verrà addebitato un costo aggiuntivo (gratuito nella città di Praia da Vitória, 25 € per gruppo in tutte le altre località)

Qui è possibile visitare il caseificio, dove avviene la mungitura in modo tradizionale (mungitura manuale all'aperto al pascolo). Questa fattoria produce latte biologico. Contatto diretto con gli animali, compresa la possibilità per i visitatori di mungere manualmente la mucca e degustare il latte appena uscito dalla mammella della mucca accompagnato da biscotti fatti in casa. È anche possibile accarezzare gli animali, scattare foto con loro e passeggiare per i pascoli. A questa fermata, l'interazione con l'agricoltore è garantita. Spiega i dettagli della sua attività ed è sempre disponibile a rispondere a tutte le domande. Questo tour è lungo 10,5 miglia attraverso le strade dei contadini. Oltre alla visita della fattoria abbiamo altre 5 soste veloci (punti panoramici), una visita al centro di raccolta del latte (dove le fattorie vendono il latte) e una tappa finale per la degustazione di formaggi e vini (casa privata delle Azzorre).

Vítor the tour guide was very organized with great communication on where to meet. Loved the shoe covers he provided for walking on the farm and the experience to milk a cow and drink the fresh milk was incredible. We also saw some beautiful scenery on the drive, had local cheese and wine and homemade cake while relaxing in hos beautiful outdoor garden. Vítor was a wealth of information and we loved our time with him and Farmer Joe! Highly recommend this tour!

Gonçalo was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable about the dairy industry here and of the island in general. Working in the dairy industry in Canada, I found it very interesting to chat with a dairy farmer and see how they do things up close. The cheese and wine at the end was great! My husband really enjoyed this tour as well.
