The morning pickup was a bit chaotic but nothing too serious; they picked us up at the hotel on time to take us to another vehicle which ended up being too big, so we switched to another one that was super comfortable Quiet trip with a bathroom and coffee break, just like on the way back (this time directly to the hotel) We were welcomed by Younes, a friendly young guide, super kind; he explained the different cultures of Morocco to us, especially the Amazigh one (and not Berber, he insists on that 😅) Very beautiful walk along the waterfalls, breathtaking view, the walk is easy but it goes up and down) Once at the bottom, there is the possibility of approaching the waterfalls by boat (25 dirhams), it is worth the detour Then we went back up to have lunch at Mounir's (130 dirhams for appetizer, main course, dessert, tea, and water); my wife just had a plate of fries that he didn't charge us for A super big fan of Real Madrid, don't talk to him about Barcelona 😂 Super welcoming and it was delicious Quiet return A must-do for the view and the local atmosphere
HICHAM MOMI ******* great experience, funny guide who explained everything. the restaurant was good too, highly recommend.
HICHAM MOMI ****** I had an amazing experience! The tour was very well organized, and every detail was thoughtfully planned. Our guide was professional, friendly, and made the trip of Morocco in the best way possible. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories❤️❤️. I
There was discussion about paying for the boat and the guide. Although my ticket said these were inclusive, the accompanying email had an 'x' as not inclusive. To keep everyone happy we paid 2x the boat and the guide did not. This one was absolutely not happy with this.
It's been a week since I had this experience and I want to make sure I write fairly. The waterfall itself was beautiful, it's a shame only 30 minutes or so were spent there. The rest of the time was spent in a distinctly non air conditioned minibus, being pressured into buying argan oil, and overpaying for bland mediocre food. Since I couldn't see this listed anywhere else, the price for food was 130 dirhams for a meal and 20 for a drink. I had the couscous (bland and with overcooked vegetables), and my wife had the chicken tagine. The chicken tagine was oily, had no vegetables and was just accompanied by chips. To clarify, in the tagine it was literally just chicken and chips. This is not fitting for a 130 dirham meal, in fact on the walk back, I could see set menus at other restaurants for 90 dirhams. This meal was an extortionate rip off for what it was, compared to the lovely street food in Marrakesh which is cheaper, or the nicer meals you can get in a restaurant for the same price. The van was not air conditioned. It only had normal air circulation which meant it should have been blowing round warm air. Unfortunately, it wasn't even doing that. The journey back was tough as it was so hot with no air to breathe. The guide was upbeat and knowledgeable but the itinerary meant that there is nothing he could have done more to have made this a better experience.
We had a very good day! The route was great and the guide Tarzan was very kind and attentive to his group.
Great experience; everything is recommended. The guide Musafa is a great guy. The food was very good. I recommend the experience.
At Mounir's, excellent meal, great moment, the best tagine we have eaten, great atmosphere, a real homemade harissa, the guide Moustafa was fantastic 👍
Best trip of the holiday to Marrakesh. Mustafar really knowledgable and had a lot of pride for his culture. Would recommend, top value 👍
Our day trip to the Ouzoud waterfalls was really successful overall. We were picked up on time directly at the hotel and then driven to the falls. The journey there is quite a long one with over 160 kilometres and about two hours, but on the way there is always a break. Especially the ride itself was very exciting, because you could see a lot of land and people. The Ouzoud Falls are absolutely spectacular and definitely worth seeing. The nature there is impressive and the atmosphere unique. It should be noted, however, that there are many tourists brought there and therefore it can be correspondingly crowded. On site there is the possibility to go directly close to the falls by small boats. You can do that, but you don’t have to – we personally did without it and still enjoyed the stay very much. All in all, it was a really great trip that we can definitely recommend.
