We had a great time crafting up homemade dumplings. Dana was an awesome host and teacher. Looking forward to bringing the recipe to our home!
Advertised as 20 maximum and there were 40 people. Everything was slow due to class size. Ingredients were pre-chopped and pre-mixed, dipping sauces from a bottle! Lots of drunk, loud, obnoxious attendees due to all the wine carafes. Guy with allergies (instructor not told ahead of time) and everything had to be separated (one of the dumplings was shrimp!). Not a real cooking class and definitely not worth $140!
It was fun to learn how to make shrimp roll and 2 kinds of dumplings and it was good I got the recipe to make it at home.
