I loved this island experience. The process was well planned from beginning to end, which gave me the peace of mind to enjoy the process. I loved getting to experience the clear blue waters in Saona Island, no sargassum! Our tour guides were really amazing as well. I would book this tour again my next time here
Christian was an incredible guide and made everyone feel welcome. Would love to book anything with him as the guide. Tour was worth the price and great value for the money. Best excursion we have taken in years.
Our tour guide, Christiano, was excellent and truly deserving of a 5-star rating. He was friendly, professional, and made the trip very enjoyable. Overall, we had a nice experience. However, there were some issues with the logistics. There were too many transfers throughout the trip, and communication could have been much better. The TripAdvisor listing stated that hotel pickup was included, but the operator actually required pickup from a location outside the property gate, approximately 1 km away. This was inconvenient and should have been communicated clearly in advance.
Our tour guide Christian was veconsistently informative, stayed with us, and gave clear instructions. He ensured the experience was both fun and safe for our family of 5.
This excursion is a must do while in Punta Cana. We had a great time from start to finish. Mickey Mouse, our driver, Papito, and Omar were AMAZING drivers and guides. Words can't describe the beauty of the turquoise waters and crystal clear Caribbean sea! The boat ride was fun and safe and the catamaran was one giant party but also family friendly. Excellent time and money well spent!
Terrible experience. My hotel did not appear in the preselected pick up locations. I asked if the pick up could be changed but the app kept sending reminders and updates with the original pick up spot which was not my hotel. It was very confusing. Ultimately even though the difference in pick up location was half a mile they did not accommodate nor send a final confirmation of the pick up. They told me. I had to find my own way to the port which was 1.5 hours away. They refuse to provide a refund even though I did now go on the tour.

Trip as expected, but the island is too crowded with similar tours. Perhaps access should be regulated, given that it is a natural park... we did not spot any starfish and the sea is not as crystal clear as I expected; perhaps it would have been better to visit it in another season.
