Smooth day trip from KL to Sunway Lagoon. Pickup was on time, instructions were clear, and the whole flow felt organised. Sunway Lagoon was super fun (water rides + lots of photo spots). Great option if you want an easy “no-brain” day trip without worrying about transport.
Sunway Lagoon is a great water park with several genuinely excellent flumes (like the Vuvuzela) - although be aware that you’ll be doing a lot of walking carrying tubes, as the rides’ entrances are (in some cases) some distance from the tube pickup points. The fright zone and zoo are also an entertaining diversion - but definitely not the main attraction. Travelvago did an excellent job of handling pickup and drop off, and remained in full contact the whole time. When we had an issue with our tickets on entry, they resolved it within minutes - so all in all I recommend this highly.
Went to Sunway lagoon, Mr Decknesh was awesome. He was professional, engaging, knowledgeable, friendly and very kind during our trip. We were happy to have him on our trip. I recommend him, we enjoyed our time and would use him again and again. Thank you Mr Decknesh.

Went with our driver Kimber. Very refreshing company. It's like being driven by a stand-up comedian. If his sarcasm won't go above your head, you will laugh throughout your drive. Feel free to ask him for any additional sites you can visit.
