Phillip and Jason were excellent hosts and guides. Phillip has great knowledge about the history and plants of the area with stories about his family as well. Jason made sure all of our needs were met with great driving, food, and drinks. This was one of the best tours I have taken. The cave tubing was amazing.
Philip and Jason were wonderful these two are great together Jason the expert driver and Philip is a wealth of knowledge and third generation Mayan learned so much from him what a kind and gracious man.... Both events the cave tours were amazing and the ruins were fantastic I would definitely do it again and take some friends next time I go..... The food breakfast and lunch or also amazing topped off with wonderful libations for the ride home my 10 and 7-year-old really enjoyed it as well
We really enjoyed this adventure! Pickup was on time, Jason the driver was excellent as was our tour guide, Phillipe. They were both friendly, informative and enjoyable to talk with. Phillipe had much knowledge of history, both Mayan and Belizean. We had breakfast and lunch, and both meals were tasty and filling. They got us back in plenty of time for the last express ferry to San Pedro. It made for a longer day to take the ferry to Belize City, but the cost of flying is 3 times. Also, the owner
This was such a unique tour. We went with kids and they LOVED the limo part, which was clean and well stocked. Our guide was fantastic, so knowledgeable and nice. All the logistics were well planned, it was so cool to visit the ruins and go tubing. If you’re looking to see a nice part of Belize and have a mixture of history and adventure, I would highly recommend this tour!
This is the way to see the sights. Michael was helpful from the start. He booked our flights from San Pedro to Belize City. Phillip and Jason met us at the airport with all the days supplies and a fresh breakfast. Phillip is very knowledgeable and had an obvious love for his country and heritage. We could not have asked for a better day.
Mike the owner talked with me in thoroughly in advance to plan our excursions in their very comfy limo. From BZE they transported us to our AirBNB in San Ignacio across from Cahal Pech with a stop midway to stretch our legs at Belize Zoo. The next day we self-explored Cahal Pech ruins ($5 each) and then were picked up by the limo with Jason at the wheel and our guide Tony who greeted us with a hearty breakfast which we inhaled on the way to Xunantunich. Tony gave us an informative and entertaining tour of the site and tied in other ancient cultures to what we were exploring. He was able to read the younger kids and keep things moving when necessary. Between there and the inland blue hole (which was so refreshing after climbing the castle in the morning sun) Tony pointed out interesting sites and facts along the way- our families really loved him! Meanwhile, up front Jason did a Stella job maneuvering the hills, turns and narrow roads with an Excursion Limo! After swimming, we went to cave tubing and Tony personally pulled us through the shallows and quelled the fears of our most anxious kid. That tour was really so very cool and everyone was delighted! We popped back into the limo and they dropped us for the final 5:30 flight to San Pedro. Everyone agreed we were so happy we made the effort to do our mainland tours with BJL and it was less expensive and more time-effective to do the zoo, two ruins, the blue hole and cave tubing than to do two tours from San Pedro. We strongly recommend borrowing our itinerary and reaching out to Belize Jungle Limo. It was money well spent and with a fun and professional operator!
Amazing experience exploring the beautiful caves and ruins in Belize. Our guide and driver were both incredible! We were a small group (only three of us) and they both went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time. The tour was definitely the high point of our trip. The only thing to note is that the breakfast included was relatively light, so I'd recommend eating a bit beforehand and drinking your coffee in advance of the tour. The included lunch however was local and absolutely delicious!
The first best choice I did was to choose Belize for our family vacation. The second best choice I made was to choose Belize Limo Jungle Tours early for our tour of the Xunantunich Mayan Ruins and Cave tubing in Xibalba. When I made the decision for use Belize Limo Jungle Tours little did I know the extent to which I would be utilizing the owner’s experience and knowledge for all thing Belize. Planning a vacation for 13 people can be a little daunting so when I ran into a few problems and wanted advice, I sent Michael Reynolds, the owner of Belize Limo Jungle Tours, a quick note asking if he could direct me to the best places to look for answers and the most wonderful thing happened….he knew the answers! Michael was quick to reply and offered his services if ever I had questions and though I was hesitant to bother him I quickly found that he was not bothered and enjoyed sharing his knowledge with me. When I was trying to figure out the best way to get from the airport outside of Belize to our hotel in town with such a large group he checked his schedule and offered to pick us all up and take us to the hotel for less than it would have cost for a host of taxies (which we would have needed for 13 people and all their luggage). When I worried about the amount of luggage we might have he said not to worry, they would have a car follow with all of our luggage, this was included in our cost. When half of my family did not make the trip on the day we’d arranged do to problems at their end, Michel provided a van to collect them the next day and bring them to us. All of this could have been so stressful but with the support of someone who knew the ins and outs of Belize our trip into Belize and to our final destination of San Pedro was easy, easy, easy. And not to forget, my original reason for choosing Belize Jungle Limo Tour was for a tour of the ruins and cave tubing. Once again Michael and his team took care of everything, from our flights to the main land and into the limo for our tours along with one of the best lunches we had in Belize! Jason (our driver for the tour but already our best friend because he was the gentleman who picked us up from the airport and regaled us with stories of Belize, the surrounding areas and fun info about the whole area) was just the nicest guy and so available to anything we needed and my whole family just loved his fun style and his gift of the gab. The limo was comfortable and they provided everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Micheal had a couple of extra guides as we had such a big group. Anthony kept us informed about the local information as we drove the two hours to Xunantunich and when we were at the ruins he and Erolyn took turns sharing with us the amazing history of this most amazing site. Our delicious lunch followed the ruins and then on to Xibalba for cave tubing. Our guides, Anthony and Erolyn gave us all a wonderful tour and were great about answering any questions we had as we slowly moved through the underground caves. It was a truly wonderful day from the very beginning to the end. I strongly recommend this amazing tour group for any and all of your needs while visiting Belize!!
Michael, you have a great staff. Jason with his excellent driving in his pressed dress shirt and Tony sharing his wealth of knowledge making our tour safe and fun!
Had a fantastic time! Michael was great to work with, and Tony was a fantastic guide. We were staying in San Pedro, and booked our own 6am water taxi to belize city where they picked us up at the marina. We got a light breakfast and went to Xunantunich Ruins first. Then grabbed lunch to go (chicken, rice/beans, and potato salad) to head to the cave tubing. We had some drinks/belikin beers on the ride back to the marina to catch the last water taxi (5:30) back to San Pedro. It was a long day, but well worth it! Highly suggest doing! Plus being in a stretch SUV limo was pretty awesome!
