Suzanne is amazing! She knows the city, best places to shop vintage, and can quickly pivot if you see something you would like to shop for. This is our second trip with her and we can't wait to come back next year and do it again!!

We enjoyed a great Shopping Day thanks to Suzanne and it was wonderful. Suzanne is a lovely and very nice person, she knows the shops well and adapts the tours to the group. In our case, two teenagers eager to discover Shopping in NYC. I fully recommend this activity.

The private vintage tour was fantastic! We visited places we would have never known or walked into. Suzanne was in touch with us before our trip so the tour was based on what we were looking for! It was pure joy to spend time vintage shopping in NY with Suzanne. It was one of the highlights of my trip to the city. Suzanne is so knowledgeable and has impeccable taste. She listened well to my requirements and helped me find several gems of vintage clothing for myself and for my two daughters at home. Suzanne is a wonderful, interesting and entertaining soul and I would recommend her service to anyone looking for a stellar guide to vintage shopping in NY.

We had a super fun shopping day in NYC with ZTrend! Suzanne knew all the best shops for my daughter to go thrifting and we even found some amazing stuff for me! She has a great eye for fashion and was energetic and fun to shop with. Loved the stores we visited and now we have a bunch that we will check out when we are back in the City!
There is rarely a need to spend lots of $$ on new clothing when NYC is a cornucopia of second-hand shops with item in like new condition. Happy to know your time was well spent! Shopping with you and your daughter was like shopping with friends.
Suzanne was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable. She was so friendly and we had so much fun together. We continued for well past my allocated time and we started with a hot chocolate and chat to start off with. Suzanne did a great deal of research beforehand and gave me a list of all boutiques and a map of all their locations. I had a fabulous time and purchased some amazing things. This is a must do, well worth the small price. I will recommend and will do it again when I come back to New York.
I booked a condensed tour of Chelsea through FTBF and will definitely sign up for another tour through ZTrend on my next trip. She is unique in her fashion sense, wit and easy conversation. Compared to my first trip to NYC, where I spun my wheels going to useless online recommendations, she pinpointed where the hidden gems are. The stores consist of vintage marked at a fraction of boutique prices, consignments selling designer brands, thrift stores (where she pointed out a Prada sweater for $3.99) and cozy home goods/lifestyle stores worthy of drooling. Shopping on my own, I was frustrated with disappointing stock, whereas Suzanne edited the stores to ones which were curated well, reasonably priced and in some cases offered ridiculously insane deals. I would recommend taking her tour since she wisks you in and out of places within walking distance, which is convenient when you have limited time in NYC. Each stop had enough time to properly browse and try on. She would scout out items for you and help you in the change area. While the tour was a condensed version, she gave me a list of shops and cafes in the area, as well as suggestions in Brooklyn. Her suggestions in Brooklyn helped me find deals on a Marc Jacobs purse ($45), Chloe dress ($25) and a vintage hat ($14). With her suggestion, I explored stores and neighbourhoods and met locals, which goes far beyond online recommendations. I did go through apps for sample sales but found most of them were lacklustre. Instead I would recommend going on a SOHO tour with her since I trust her sense of editing. This was the best tour I've done in NYC, where I really felt the local ambiance thanks to such as gracious host.
