A pleasant place to spend time with the family. Lots of indoor and outdoor games, a casino for adults, shopping, and several restaurants at the cable car terminus. We particularly liked the stop at the Chin Swee Temple. An authentic and peaceful place. The only negative point: few views of nature. The climate, however, is very pleasant and refreshing in Genting Highlands.
Very poorly organised, the Astana cable car was having maintenance work done the week we booked, viator did not know this or the tour guide. False advertising. Did not to get to see the temple or istana negara. Do not use this company as they are not taking responsibility for this.
We booked the private tour to Genting highlands, our driver Nesh is very professional and so good. On the way back, he helped us to find shops that I can buy fresh fruits. Thanks and highly recommend their service.

We had an amazing 1 week stay in Malaysia, and we are truly grateful to our tour guide Selva for making our trip so special. Selva was extremely friendly, professional, respectful, and always helpful throughout our journey. He got along so well with my daughters and made them feel comfortable and happy at all times. His kindness, patience, and caring nature really stood out to us. He always made sure everything was smooth and enjoyable, and he went above and beyond to help whenever needed.
