Itinerario

Audioguided and well-structured tour of Malbork Castle: clear and detailed explanations, some linguistic errors but absolutely worth it, you totally immerse yourself in the history of the castle and it seems to relive everyday life inside
The castle was amazing - but i wouldn't recommend 3.5 hours with kids. They were toasted by hour 2 and the tour guy was so passionate that he really didn't care that i asked him multiple times to attempt to make it kid friendly. I would go again - but do a group tour with a headset for 2 hours. They do have a polish-friendly speaking guide for kids - but not English. The guide worked there his entire life and spoke perfect English - he could have used some of those tactics from the Polish version.. but chose not to. There were LOTS of miscommunication issues with the tour guide on this excursion. I confirmed twice that we were going to be picked up at the train station at 10:50 to only be left out there not knowing where anyone was when we arrived. I finally contacted an uber and it was going to cost me $100USD to get to Malbork when finally someone called me back from the agency stating that they would be there at noon even though 10:50 was confirmed multiple times. Then noon came and went and we couldn't find the person - then multiple phone calls again. Finally i called the guy as they sent me his phone number at 11:57 (3 minutes prior and i had already checked my email to see if they sent)... found him at 12:15 and we were on our way. However, he was driving near 100mph as i could see his speedometer and easily went from KM to MPH. Drive didn't speak any english and it was in an uncomfortable car. They knew we had 5 people and with the driver we had to have 3 squished into the middle row as the back row had a car seat and no leg space. My one child did have to sit back there without any leg space and a car seat. I would NOT recommend this - i would get your tickets on your own and forego this excursion due to the lack of communication. if you do decide to do this tour - ensure you have WhatsApp on your phone with notifications on as that is how they communicate - which was never relayed to me and i did have WhatsApp but did not have notifications on, and was not checking there.
We were picked up promptly by our taxi driver and had a very comfortable journey to Malbork Castle where we were greeted by our personal guide and taken round the castle for two hours. The guide was very knowledgeable and did well to avoid a lot of the other bigger groups. We were a little disappointed as the tour was advertised as 3.5 hours and expected to be given time to wander around on our own as we felt that there was more to explore. I get the impression that they’ve had feedback that 3.5 hours was too long but we could have easily used all that time.
Fantastic experience our driver Marek was very knowledge on route to the castle telling facts about the local area. The tour of the castle was interesting but would have been more enjoyable with a quick coffee break as lot to take in and see. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and a asset for our tour Would definitely use Marek next time we are in the area our other trip was cancelled but this made up for it
The tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. She told us all about the castle with specific dates and stories about the history. She even quizzed us on certain aspects of the castle. She also told us about the town of Gdansk and the rich history of it and the land around it. I would highly recommend this trip and tour guide is you are in the area
The tour was well worth the money. Our tour guide/driver told us about everything on the way to the castle, small towns, country side, things we did not know about Gdansk. Once at the castle she got our tickets and showed us around the castle. I couldn't see going any other way for the castle is large to venture by yourself. Our driver picked us up in front of our hotel and after our tour took us to an amber shop to see how amber is processed.
My tour guide was Elvira. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to convey her information in a very interesting manner. This was definitely one of the better tours that I have taken and would highly recommend this tour to others.
Sunny and hot day. Trip to Malbork castle with highly educated guide Elwira and retrospective view to the history of many centuries ago.
Very knowledgeable and passionate tour guide! Our entire family enjoyed our time in Malbork and Gdańsk.
Everything was well organized Driver from Gdansk to Malbork, very friendly, nice comfortable vehicle, punctual On site, our French-speaking guide Cristina explained the whole castle for 3 hours, exciting
