Our guide, Alicja, was great. She was very knowledgeable about history and interesting facts about the castle. Also our driver Simon was needs to be acknowledged for his safe driving g and also sharing his knowledge about the Malbork castle.
Driver was professional, safe and courteous. Guide was good on the use of the space in the castle and approachable but a little weak on the historical context which increases your understanding.
all good, pickup in time, individual pickup location
Our driver spoke very little English, so we rarely communicated. The tour guide was fabulous, but mostly stood in front of areas I wanted to photograph.
Our driver, Simon, was very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. We learned so much on the drive too and from the castle. Our guide was FABULOUS! She’s been a guide at the castle for 47 years and knew everything. It was one of our favorite tours!
amazing castle - its a unique architectural landmark.
It was really hard to hear for the first 15 min due to loud music from triathlon starting at the castle. A microphone would have been helpful throughout as our guide had a quiet voice
Wow. What a castle to tour. Our guide was excellent. Lots to see. It’s amazing all of the renovations that has been done
Amazing middle age castle! Mandatory to book a day vizit .
Arrive early to avoid queues. Hire guide to understand what you see. The tour takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
