Meet in front of Acadia Space Needle on the benches. The address was hard to find, but we found someone in Acadia who helped us.
Wear shoes that are sturdy. Our tour guide was passionate. The tour exceeded the alotted time, that can impact some planning.
Fun and informative! Be sure to wear some good walking shoes! We loved the history, plus yhe surrounding mountains are beautiful!
My Girl Scout troop of seniors really enjoyed this tour. It was a great mix of past and current stories with great locations. You could tell our guide Parker enjoys his job.
Abbey our guide was an excellent story teller relaying history and ghost stories. The history and stories were interesting and paced well. The walk is easy with some minor short incline. The additional 30 minutes added great stories I recommend that as those were very interesting. We had a fun time.
We had an absolutely wonderful time on this haunted tour, and so much of that credit goes to our guide, Abbey! From the very first story, it was clear we were in the hands of someone who genuinely vested in the history of Gatlinburg. The enthusiasm was infectious — you could feel the passion behind every tale, and it made the whole experience come alive in the best way — engaging, atmospheric, and delivered with just the right dramatic flair and cliff hangers for those that wish to research more. What really set this tour apart was the thoughtfulness shown toward others. Whether informing in us in advance, to considering our younger/ older participants — the guide had a real gift for "reading the room" and adjusting the pacing/volume just right. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable, well-crafted, and wonderfully hosted haunted tour.
Jacob was very knowledgeable of the history of Gatlinburg! The length of the tour and the in-depth dive of the city was definitely worth the price. My friend and I really enjoyed the stories and focus on history in addition to the paranormal. Every stop felt like it was unique and added something to the tour rather than being repetitive. I will warn that this is not a manual wheelchair friendly tour unless you are being pushed due to the numerous steep hills traversed during the tour. Additionally, the group size was rather large and it could be tricky to navigate the thick crowds of Gatlinburg. Overall, a positive experience I would recommend for ages 10+ due to discussions of child death, cannibalism, and treatment of women accused of witchcraft.
Great job. Very informative both historically and mystically. The history of Gatlinburg and the surrounding area was especially good.
It is a bit of a hilly walk but there are places to sit down during the storytelling. The stories, both haunted and historical are well done. The deliverance is good and not to scare you so persons of all ages can enjoy.
Jacob was an absolutely wonderful guide told so much about the locations and drew you into it’s history. Also I wish I had reviewed my pictures of the tour cause I could have shown the group a picture I took of the cemetery that showed a pair of shining white dots that look like eyes that wasn’t there in the picture I took minutes before by the tree in the back of the cemetery. Could be a reflection of…something there’s nothing but trees but it’s eerie!
