Il tempio di Garni si trova nel villaggio di Garni, nel cuore dell'Armenia, ed è stato costruito in stile ionico. È l'edificio e la rappresentazione più famosi dell'Armenia precristiana. L'edificio fu probabilmente costruito dal re Tiridate I come tempio per il dio del sole Mihr nel I secolo d.C. Fu trasformata in residenza estiva reale di Khosrovidukht, sorella di Tiridate III, in seguito alla conversione dell'Armenia al cristianesimo all'inizio del IV secolo. Alcuni studiosi sostengono che fosse un mausoleo piuttosto che un tempio, motivo per cui riuscì a resistere alla distruzione di edifici pagani.
Geghard, che si traduce in "lancia", è un monastero medievale in armeno. Fa parte del patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO. La lancia che ferì Gesù alla crocifissione sarebbe stata portata in Armenia dall'apostolo Giuda, qui noto come Taddeo, e conservata tra molte altre reliquie. Ora è esposto nel Tesoro di Echmiadzin.
Il lago Sevan è il più grande specchio d'acqua sia in Armenia che nella regione del Caucaso. È uno dei più grandi laghi d'acqua dolce d'alta quota (alpini) in Eurasia. Il lago si trova nella provincia di Gegharkunik, ad un'altitudine di 1.900,44 m sul livello del mare. È alimentato da 28 fiumi e torrenti. Il lago fornisce circa il 90% del pesce e l'80% del pescato di gamberi dell'Armenia. Sevan ha un significativo valore economico, culturale e ricreativo. La sua unica isola maggiore (ora una penisola) ospita un monastero medievale.
Sevanavank è un complesso monastico situato su una penisola sulla sponda nord-occidentale del lago Sevan nella provincia di Gegharkunik in Armenia, non lontano dalla città di Sevan. Inizialmente, il monastero fu costruito sulla sponda meridionale di una piccola isola. Dopo il prosciugamento artificiale del lago Sevan, iniziato nell'era di Joseph Stalin, il livello dell'acqua è sceso di circa 20 metri e l'isola si è trasformata in una penisola. Sulla sponda meridionale di questa penisola di nuova creazione, è stata costruita una pensione dell'Unione degli scrittori armeni. La sponda orientale è occupata dalla residenza estiva del presidente armeno, mentre il seminario ancora attivo del monastero si è trasferito in edifici di nuova costruzione sulla sponda settentrionale della penisola.

We had an excellent tour with our driver/guide Hovo. He was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately, because of bad weather, we were unable to go to Geghard. Still, Hovo made sure to explain the situation to us before deciding to call it off and to provide alternative options that were similarly worth visiting. It was handled very well. Booking this tour was very convenient; we only booked the trip one day before.
Our guide was very accomodating and was very knowledgeable regarding the places we visited. He never rushed us and he gave us enough time to enjoy the place at our own pace. He also knew where to take awesome photos. We had a delightful experience. We would highly recommend this package.

I applied because I could visit Geghard Monastery, which I wanted to visit in Armenia, and other places in one day. The driver/guide spoke English slowly and it was easy to understand. This tour was only for my family. It was nice that we could take our time with the hotel pick-up and drop-off.

Armenia has a breath-taking view the historical attraction was superb... i enjoyed all the attraction that we had visited... lake sevan is very calming and good to visit..
