Escursione spettacolare a uno dei ghiacciai più imponenti al mondo, sul monte Titlis. Vieni a visitare il paese delle meraviglie invernali, tutto l'anno. Quello del monte Titlis è l'unico ghiacciaio della zona, accessibile al pubblico. Getta lo sguardo sulle montagne e le valli circostanti e goditi l'incredibile vista panoramica. La nuova funivia di 8 posti ti porterà dalla stazione a valle di Engelberg direttamente alla stazione di Stand. A questo punto prenderai la TITLIS Rotair, la prima funivia girevole al mondo, fino alla stazione sulla vetta.

La nostra nuova funivia a 8 posti ti porterà direttamente al mondo del ghiacciaio sul Titlis. Sali a Engelberg, alla stazione a valle del Titlis e goditi il comodo viaggio fino a 2.450 m di altitudine. Qui prenderai la prima funivia girevole al mondo, la TITLIS Rotair, fino alla stazione sulla vetta.
3.041 m sopra il livello del mare. 500 metri di altezza dal suolo. 150 passi da batticuore. È la sensazione che provi mentre attraversi il Titlis Cliff Walk, lo spettacolare ponte sospeso in alto sulla cima. Per attraversare il ponte, mantieni i nervi saldi quanto i cavi in acciaio da cui è sospeso. All'arrivo in cima, il percorso ti condurrà alla Grotta del ghiacciaio attraverso un tunnel sotterraneo e poi ti farà proseguire fino alla piattaforma di osservazione nella finestra della parete sud. Il ponte sospeso si estende da questo punto fino all'Ice Flyer, la stazione della seggiovia. Il Titlis Cliff Walk è largo appena un metro e lungo oltre 100 m. Le viste sull'abisso sottostante è mozzafiato! Il Titlis Cliff Walk detiene il record come il ponte sospeso più alto d'Europa.
Assicurati di guardare in basso l'impressionante mondo del ghiacciaio sottostante. La seggiovia Ice Flyer ti trasporta in modo fluido e sicuro su campi di neve vergine e fresca e profondità ghiacciate. Alcuni dei crepacci sono profondi fino a venti metri. Solo qui su TITLIS puoi aspettarti un'esperienza così fantastica sul ghiacciaio.
Questa grotta glaciale costituisce il cuore gelido di TITLIS. Il ghiaccio qui ha fino a 5.000 anni. La passerella lunga 150 metri della grotta scende dieci metri sotto la superficie del ghiacciaio. Esplorare la grotta del ghiacciaio è un'esperienza interessante. La temperatura all'interno della grotta rimane gelida di -1,5˚C.

We took a day trip to Titlis, as the impressive Titlis Tower is now open. Impressive facility at 3000 meters above sea level! We were at the summit early in the morning, which was definitely worth it. There is so much to do in this area that a day trip is not enough. Next time, I will take an extended weekend. In winter, this is a great ski area, and in summer, a hiking area. Ambiance: wonderful Price / performance: not cheap, but worth it Highly recommended: absolutely
Family visit in May. That day we went up to snowed. The logistics is easy and very organized. We recommend full clothes from cold, as la on top is very cold (below zero). It has a restaurant with very good prices. Worth a visit completw

I recommend not booking this excursion.As the operator is not honest or transparent. We were in touch the day before and a few times the morning of the excursion. Once I arrived at Mount Titlis, i was informed that the Ice Flyer Chair Lift and the suspension bridge were both closed but the operator never informed me of this , even after multiple communications. I then requested a partial, 40% refund , because half of the excursions included in the package , I was unable to participate in. They denied a partial refund. This is a horrible dishonest operator so I would stay away.It is not worth the money. It is a waste of money.
Lovely ski hut and mountain station with great food. Outstanding customer service: the friendly staff not only made the restaurant experience great, but also went above and beyond by quickly locating forgotten personal items and sending them to my home free of charge.
From Lucerne it is necessary to take a train to Engelbert for about 45 minutes and then 5 minutes walk for 30 minutes of cable car uphill and disappointment because there are works in progress and not much to do except the bridge. Of course nothing is indicated and the prices are the same! Reach completion in February.
Glad we decided to head up despite the fact we didn't ski. Headed up on the cable car and the views were incredible. There is a tubing area and restaurants. We recommend heading up to the peak. There is a cafeteria style restaurant, afull service option and a snack/gift shop. The ice cave was entertaining. Obviously appropriate dress is necessary. But also make sure to wear appropriate shoes. The surface is icy and people were slipping and sliding every where. The Ice flyer and suspension bridge was fun as well
Mount Titlis — very disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the time or money. Once you reach the top, there is very little to do — the entire walk takes no more than 15–20 minutes. The worst part is the waiting time: around one hour just to go up and another hour to come back down. What makes this even more frustrating is that no one warns you in advance about these massive queues — not during ticket purchase and not on site. Spending two hours standing in lines for such a short and underwhelming experience feels completely unreasonable. Overall, the place is overcrowded and poorly managed for the number of visitors. I would not recommend this experience.
Booking with Viator is so easy and convenient and I would highly recommend to visit Mt Titlis, Switzerland
Overall it was a nice experience. Scanning the voucher barcode at the machine at Titlis did not work, however, and we had to queue at the ticket office to exchange the voucher for tickets.
