Per prima cosa visiteremo The City of Kind David. La città dove nacque Gesù Cristo. Contiene una delle chiese più famose di The Holy Lands, The Nativity Church insieme a The Shepherd's Field Church, The Milk Grotto e The Old City of Bethlehem. Durante il nostro viaggio avremo l'opportunità di fare una visita guidata a tutte e tre le chiese principali. Beit Sahour è una delle due città più alte della popolazione cristiana, daremo uno sguardo più da vicino alla vita della popolazione locale e vedremo gli incredibili souvenir fatti a mano che sono responsabili di produrre e vendere in tutto il mondo. Infine visiteremo una delle città più uniche al mondo per storia e geografia, Gerico. Visiteremo i siti biblici e storici della città come il monte della tentazione e l'albero biblico del sicomoro. *Assicurati di portare con te il passaporto poiché a volte è richiesto. * È richiesto il cambio di veicolo, tutti gli orari sono approssimativi! * nessuna visita al monastero al monte della tentazione

La cappella di The Shepherd's Field. Segna il posto dove, gli angeli annunciarono per primi la nascita di Cristo. La cappella dei pastori è un edificio religioso della chiesa cattolica che si trova nella zona di Beit Sahur a sud-est di Betlemme, nella West Bank in Palestina. La cappella segna il luogo in cui gli angeli annunciarono la nascita di Cristo.
La chiesa di Santa Caterina è un monastero francescano. Si dice che sia stata costruita sul sito dell'aspetto di Cristo a Santa Caterina d'Alessandria e la sua previsione del suo martirio all'inizio del IV secolo.
La chiesa della Grotta del latte è il luogo in cui la Sacra Famiglia trovò rifugio durante la Strage degli Innocenti, prima che potessero fuggire in Egitto. Il nome deriva dal fatto che una "goccia di latte" della Vergine Maria cadde sul pavimento della caverna e cambiò il suo colore in bianco.
Una visita guidata completa alla Chiesa della Natività. La Chiesa è una delle più antiche chiese di lavoro esistenti oggi. La prima chiesa fu costruita dall'imperatore romano Costantino nel IV secolo dC, sopra la grotta dove Maria diede alla luce Gesù. La chiesa si trova dove Gesù nacque a Betlemme.
Vediamo solo la montagna dalla città vecchia di Gerico, nessuna funivia in questo tour. Il Monte della Tentazione si trova a circa 3 km a nord-ovest di Gerico, a circa 58 km a est di Gerusalemme, Israele. La montagna si trova nel deserto della Giudea e si affaccia sulla valle del Giordano. Dopo essere stato battezzato da Giovanni Battista Gesù si ritirò nel deserto per meditare e digiunare, questa montagna su cui si crede che Gesù abbia trascorso i 40 giorni e le 40 notti di contemplazione spirituale.
Tell es-Sultan noto anche come Tel Jericho o Jericho antico, è il sito dell'antica e biblica Gerico e oggi un sito archeologico nominato dall'UNESCO nella West Bank, situato a due chilometri a nord del centro di Gerico
La Grotta di Girolamo si trova in realtà sotto la Chiesa di Santa Caterina, e si può accedere anche da lì, ma non sempre aperta se c'è una messa o prenotata da gruppi di pellegrini può essere chiusa a volte per un'ora o anche per l'intera giornata durante l'alta stagione . San Girolamo, sacerdote dalmata (345-420 d.C.), tradusse gran parte dell'Antico Testamento dall'ebraico e dal greco al latino "Vulgata".
Deir Hajla o Deir Hijleh è il nome arabo del monastero greco-ortodosso di San Gerasimus. Si trova nel Governatorato di Gerico in Cisgiordania, a ovest del fiume Giordano ea nord del Mar Morto.
In quel Vangelo sentiamo di Gesù che passa per Gerico. Zaccheo visse lì, ed era “capo dei pubblicani e ricco”. Stava “cercando di vedere chi fosse Gesù” ma era basso, così si arrampicò “su un sicomoro” per vederlo mentre passava. Gesù si ferma e lo chiama a scendere e si invita a cena a casa di Zaccheo - con sgomento dei gericoni - e il pubblicano si converte sul posto.
Hisham's Palace è un importante sito archeologico islamico della dinastia degli Omayyadi della prima metà dell'VIII secolo, uno dei cosiddetti castelli del deserto degli Omayyadi. Si trova a Khirbat al-Mafjar, 5 km a nord della città di Jericho, in Cisgiordania.

Nel museo sono esposti resti archeologici, tra cui una ricchezza di splendidi mosaici di epoca bizantina. Un'ala del museo è dedicata alla storia della comunità samaritana, alla sua storia e ai suoi costumi.

This experience is amazing. Our guide in Bethlehem was really knowledgeable of the sites while making the explanations clear for all audiences, knew his way around the sites and adjusted logistics properly to avoid as much as possible the larger crowds. For the Jericho portion we went with our driver/guide who was beyond friendly and made the trip even more enjoyable, from sharing fresh baklava to even giving us a small gift to thank our visit. For those worried about safety, going with the tour provided a stronger sense of security since the drivers and guides are locals and they take great care of visitors. You not only learn about the most important sites in history but also get to learn their stories.
The tour was great. The guides are very knowledgeable and passionate about Bethlehem and Jericho and also provided information about the complex geopolitical dynamics between Israelis and Palestinians. I felt safe with the tour group as a single woman in the West Bank. Ladies, dress conservatively. Anyone touring in the West Bank should bring his or her passport AND the paper Stay Permit card issued by Border/Passport Control at the Ben Gurion airport. Travelling to and from the West Bank involves check points, and you may be checked for entry back to the Israeli side.
Due to the war, the tour was a tour to Bethlehem only. It was nice having a private tour like to the places listed. The Church of the Nativity, the milk grotto, and etc was such a spiritual and amazing experience that I do not think anyone will ever have. I had the place to myself. It was so beautiful. Thank you to Elias for everything. He was so funny, a comedian, informative, chill, and awesome guide. Helped me a lot on this trip. Thank you. I can only imagine what it would have been like if I was able to go to the other two locations. Highly recommend this tour!!
Guider was providing vivid guidance which coming out of his life, not just memorized from books. Definitely, now I know a company recommendable who are planning trip to israel.
The tour guide Elias was excellent, we really like him. The tour to Bethlehem was very nice and informative but the second part to Jericho did not enjoy it much.
Bethlehem due to the significance of this town in my religion. The guide, Elias was super knowledgeable, I highly recommend him! He has great humour as well. Photos included are of the Judean Desert after descending from Jerusalem, Church of Nativity in Bethlehem, The Milk Grotto, Sheperd's Cave and our guide. Jericho, though the oldest city in the world, is like an unexplored hidden gem, we observed beautiful archeological findings. Photos of Elisha's Spring Fountain, Hisham's Palace with all the mosiacs. Visiting the baptismal site at Qasr al Yahud was extremely special for me.
The tour guides were factastic, both in the morning and afternoon. They made it fun but also had a lot of really good information to share. They also new how to keep the group organized and stay on schedule so that we weren't waiting around too long for the next activity. Highly recommend the tour.

Our guide was great for the Bethlehem portion. The Jericho portion was good but if I had to decide between the two, the Bethelhem portion was best. Would highly recommend this tour if you want to see both sites. We felt very safe the entire time.
This is a real tour de force of Christian religious and other historic sites in the West Bank, including Bethlehem, the Judean desert, the River Jordan, and several sites around Jericho. It’s a long trip - I left my hotel in Tel Aviv at 05:45 to reach the pickup point on time and got back at 21:00 - which was much longer than I expected. However, if you’re up for an intensive day in a fascinating region - then this is the trip for you. Bethlehem tour guide Elias was a particular star.
