We had a really good day on the boat and we really enjoyed the trip the staff were friendly and the slide was fantastic. The time spent at the Blue Lagoon was good we had options to come back on bored if the heat was too much which was a nice touch. One area that really needs improvement is the food and life jacket upgrade. There were no vegetarian options on board apart from crips. We also weren’t sure whether we were allowed to bring our own food on board, as some other boat trips specifically don’t allow this, so it would be helpful if this was made clearer when booking. However the drinks were nice and cold, which was very much needed as it was extremely hot! The life jackets require a €10 deposit, which is refunded afterwards. However, some of them were quite old and had an unpleasant smell, so I think these really need replacing. Please note, make sure your life jacket is fitted properly by the staff. As someone’s life jacket did come off when they went in the water and staff don’t watch over people. But the group was good and helped out. Overall, we really enjoyed the trip and made some lovely memories. the atmosphere was great. With some improvements to the vegetarian food options and life jackets, this would be an even better experience. Would definitely recommend. ☀️
This is your barebones way to get to the blue lagoon. What I appreciated was that the boat had plenty of shade for such a hot day. There was a bar on board. They had pool noodles for everyone to use at the lagoon. The staff was nice. My 3-star review is because the check in process was very confusing. You have to get a separate wristband first for the blue lagoon which isn’t explained anywhere and annoying because they could coordinate better with the blue lagoon staff. The other negative was that the sound system on the boat was crap so hearing announcements and explanations as we cruised by the port were impossible to hear over the boat motor. Would recommend but know that it is a tour that just gets you where you want to go….and that destination is incredibly beautiful.
3 beautiful spots around Malta in 1 tour. The guide and driver were amazing. Sites were beautiful and alot easier than trying to get to the sites independently.
Perfect activity. Very smooth intro process. Then just paddling, swimming, relaxing. I can just recommend to everybody.
Towels are not provided. Additionally, when stoping at Crystal Lagoon for swimming no recreational flotation devices are provided.
I would look for another option for less money because there is not much difference from one to the other.
Easy pick up point at the main terminal just a bit of fidgety to download pass at the terminal as it wouldn’t download - boat was spotless toilets spotless trip to Gozo - I hadn’t booked to disembark and wish I had so if you can book that one bit the stops at Comino for a swim well so refreshing then onto blue lagoon - this is great if your in your teens 20or 30 but late 50s it wasn’t for us lovely to seee but too long a wait as there wasn’t anywhere to sit but on very steep rocks - the pineapple pins colada were €7 euros but I can assure you there was negligible alcohol so give that one a miss - kebab was great but queues long and waits long - then back on the boat for the trip back to port
Excellent flight, views, and good organization
This trip was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation in Malta. The boat departs from Sliema and cruises to the Blue Lagoon, sailing as close to the coastline as possible. Along the way, the crew shares interesting facts about the places and landmarks you pass, which makes the journey even more enjoyable. The Blue Lagoon is absolutely worth visiting. The only downside is that two hours there feels a little too short to fully enjoy such a beautiful place. We also loved the Crystal Lagoon, where the boat anchors in the middle of the crystal-clear sea. There was plenty of time to swim, jump into the water, and enjoy the onboard water slide, making it a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Malta!
We enjoyed it a lot, they informed us about everything at every stop. The food and drink prices on the boat are very good. We brought water and ate from the boat, as well as cocktails and beer. Bringing towels and snorkel gear is essential. There is no fresh water shower but we didn't have the need to use one either. We chose the option of not staying in Gozo since that way we spent more time diving in the Blue Lagoon, things that you cannot do without a boat. We went in July 2026 Hot dog €4, cocktails €6, local beer €3, large water €3 Gozo is better by ferry with a car to see the whole island.
