Guarda il sito in cui crediamo che la donna più famosa del mondo abbia vissuto alla fine della sua vita, dopo la casa di Maria verremo visiteremo Efeso. Immergiti nell'antica città più ben conservata del mondo. Visita le rovine e fermati in luoghi come l'Odeon, la famosa biblioteca di Celso, il Bouleterion, il Tempio di Adriano, l'Agorà, il Bagno di Scolastica e il Grande Teatro. Visita il Tempio di Artemide, una delle sette meraviglie del mondo antico, ed esplora il piccolo villaggio di inceirince.Il trasporto dal porto di Kuadasi o dal tuo hotel è fornito dai nostri autobus climatizzati. I punti salienti oggi saranno la biblioteca di Celso, il tempio di Artemide e la degustazione di vini di frutta a inceirince.

House of Virgin Mary è il luogo in cui Maria potrebbe aver trascorso i suoi ultimi giorni. Anzi, potrebbe essere venuta nell'area insieme a San Giovanni. Questo luogo è stato ufficialmente dichiarato un santuario della Chiesa cattolica romana nel 1986, e da allora è diventato un popolare luogo di pellegrinaggio. Papa Paolo VI visitò il santuario nel 1967. La visita alla casa (chiesa) dura circa 45 minuti e dopo la nostra visita; ci saranno 5 minuti in auto da Efeso.
Continueremo con la visita al Tempio di Artemide; che è una delle "sette meraviglie" dell'antichità. Qui, ci saranno buone possibilità di scattare foto della Chiesa di San Giovanni e della Moschea di Issa Bey anche dalla migliore angolazione.
Sirince è un antico villaggio di "Rum" (Greci bizantini) situato sulle colline di Selcuk e 7 km da Efeso. Come parte del trattato di pace dopo la guerra nazionale turca (1919-1922), fu concordato uno scambio formale di turchi e greci e Sirince è ora abitata dai turchi. Il villaggio è famoso per le belle case tradizionali e la produzione di vino aromatizzato alla frutta; e avrai un tempo libero per una degustazione di vini.
Efeso è una testimonianza eccezionale delle tradizioni culturali dei periodi ellenistico, romano imperiale e paleocristiano. Efeso è un sito importante per il cristianesimo; essendo una delle sette Chiese della Rivelazione. L'apostolo Paolo probabilmente trascorse due anni e mezzo ad Efeso durante il suo terzo viaggio missionario. In due ore esplorerai la città camminando per le strade di marmo, accompagnato dalla nostra guida turistica di lingua inglese. Durante il nostro tour, vedremo Odeon, State Agora, Prytaneion, Memmius Monument, Domatian Temple, Hercules Gate, Curetes Street, Hadrian Temple e Latrines. La visita a una casa privata (il cosiddetto bordello, "case a terrazza") è una visita facoltativa per un extra di 170 ₺/persona e la tua guida dovrebbe essere informata in anticipo. Dopo Terrace Houses, continueremo con la nostra esplorazione della Celsus Library, Marble Road, Commercial Agora, Great Theatre e Arcadiane (Harbour Road).

We did the all-inclusive 7 hr small group tour from Kusadasi cruise port which included the cost of admission tickets and lunch. We had a wonderful time with our tour guide, Mehmet, who was very kind and knowledgeable. There were 8 of us in total on the tour and we were met promptly at the cruise port with clear communication beforehand. The large van was very comfortable and brought us to see all the historic sites including the house of Virgin Mary, Ephesus, Temple of Artemis and an extra drive by of the Basilica of St. John. Lunch was delicious at a Turkish rug factory and we also had extra stops to sample Turkish Delight and to try out glass blowing! Mehmet really went above and beyond when my young daughter left her newly purchased wooden flute on the van at drop off and they turned around to bring it back to us without any hesitation. Highly recommend!!

The Celsus Library was breathtaking. It was very well maintained and out tour guide was humorous and informative. The house of the Virgin Mary and learning the history was wonderful to. Have to say we were impressed with this tour and would recommend to others.
