This was a terrible decision to take this tour. It started out bad and from there it progressively got worst. We were given the wrong information about the meeting location but not one person from the tour company attempted to contact us on WhatsApp or any other channels of communication. The responsibility is on us to contact them and when we did there was an automated message, eventually we got a live person and they told us the tour had started and we need to walk fast and catch up, this is as without giving us the location. When this was brought up to their attention they requested we share our location on WhatsApp and after about five minutes we were given the location and once again told to run to catch up before the tour guide leaves. When we finally arrived the guide, name was Juan, was passing out food. We were told to wait then greeted us and asked about our food allergy. This was followed by handing us off to his coworker without given us any reason for the switch. Juan proceeded to lead his group away and told to stay behind.

The meeting point was clearly provided in your booking confirmation, and the rest of the group arrived there correctly. The issue was not a lack of information from our side, but that you arrived at a different location. Despite this, instead of simply considering the booking a no-show, our team did everything possible to help you. We answered your message, requested your location, provided the meeting point and asked you to join the group. We even delayed the start of the tour and made the other guests wait for you. Unfortunately, your review gives the impression that nobody tried to assist you, when the opposite happened. We made an effort to accommodate you, even though the mistake was not caused by our company. This situation also highlights something important: a tour cannot be reorganised around one person who arrives late or at the wrong place while the rest of the group is ready and waiting. Hundreds of guests rely on us to keep schedules and provide a professional experience. We understand that the beginning of the tour was frustrating for you, but we also believe future readers should know that our team went above and beyond to help in a situation where the responsibility was not ours.
This was a very good, informative walking tour and a good mix of indoor and outdoor places to eat. It was blistering hot when I went so that was important. Juan was a great guide, very engaging, and full of information and context around the foods we were trying. I would pick him again

Juan was exceptional and an awesome tour guide. We got to see different areas in Palma that we wouldn’t have found on our own. Food was delicious too. He really did a great job of making sure the group stayed together and no one was left behind. Definitely a great tour and highly recommend!

This was a great tour to get to know the city and some of the local foods. While it started as a walking tour, we ended up in the market which was nice as it was air-conditioned. We had the last 2 meals there. Food was great.
