Una grande piazza con ristoranti e una concentrazione di studenti del centro di belle arti dell'università, conosciuto come Convento Santa Clara o Hotel Sofitel Santa Cruz, prende il nome dai dintorni quartiere.
Il nucleo della città è la città fortificata di Cartagena. L'anno 1984 ha visto l'UNESCO designarlo come patrimonio dell'umanità. Tra le sue numerose attrazioni ci sono edifici coloniali, chiese, musei, piazze e vari ristoranti e bar. L'atmosfera vibrante, colorata L'architettura, e la ricca storia di Cartagena lo rendono un luogo ideale da visitare.

This street food tour was awesome! My children and I enjoyed everything about this tour. From the easiness of meeting up with our guide Dan, to the tasty local street foods we tried, and all of Dan’s wonderful knowledge of the local culture and history, we couldn’t have asked for more. Dan was an amazing tour guide who was extremely accommodating, charismatic and very patient. We really enjoyed the street food, as well as walking the beautiful historic streets of the Walled City and Getsemaní. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Adalberto was amazing and genuine. He took us to places that we didn’t even know were there during our self exploration of the city. The food and drinks we tasted were amazing. He explained how they were made and said interesting facts about them. His English is very good even though he claimed it’s not. He holds very good conversations. If there are claims about not understanding him, it’s probably because you’re not listening intently. Cartagena is a loud city if you pay attention, you’ll be able to hear the interesting facts about the food, drinks and the city.
I always enjoy doing food tours in my travel as I love to try new things. My guide, Adalberto, was very pleasant and showed me lots of local food! I was on my own but Adalberto made sure I felt comfortable throughout the tour. He knows a lot about the city and it was lovely to get to know him and his story. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you are traveling solo! We wandered around the city the whole afternoon and I could barely finish all the good we tasted!
Our tour guide was very nice. We really enjoyed all of the food options and we were able to see the beautiful history of the walled city.
