Itinerario
Arriveremo per te al tuo hotel o punto di incontro stabilito. Saliremo sul nostro mezzo di trasporto e ci dirigeremo verso uno dei più bei villaggi di pescatori, Puerto Morelos. Lì inizieremo a salire a bordo della nostra barca con la nostra guida, per iniziare questa grande avventura. La prima destinazione da raggiungere è il Parco Nazionale di Arrecifes, considerato la seconda barriera corallina più grande del mondo. Avrai un tempo di 45 minuti di attività di snorkeling per ammirare le barriere coralline. Dopo l'attività di snorkeling, torneremo all'atterraggio e ci fermeremo nel nostro beach club privato dove pranzeremo e poi potrai fare un tour a piedi nel cuore di Puerto Morelos. E poi inizieremo il nostro ritorno al nostro hotel o punto di incontro per terminare questo tour.

Questo servizio ha due orari diversi, il primo è per un tour mattutino e il ritiro è presso: ZONA CANCUN E PLAYA DEL CARMEN tra le 8:00 e le 8:30, ZONA TULUM tra le 7:00 e le 8:00. Arriveremo al parco alle 9:30. Il secondo è per un tour di mezzogiorno e il ritiro è a: ZONA CANCUN E PLAYA DEL CARMEN tra le 12:00 e le 12:30, ZONA TULUM tra le 11:00 e le 12:00. Arriveremo al parco alle 13:30. Gli orari variano a seconda dell'hotel, un nostro rappresentante indicherà l'orario esatto del ritiro via mail o via SMS. Per gli hotel e gli airbnb di Tulum il punto d'incontro speciale sarà il supermercato Super Aki Tulum in centro. Si prega di considerare i tempi di trasporto per il ritiro e la riconsegna.

Absolutely awful experience! There’s no walking guided tour around, all you do is wait around for around 5 hours of the day just to do not even a full hour of snorkelling. Plus I was sick and not once did the staff check if I was ok and took forever to realise my boyfriend was calling for help so he was struggling trying to get me back to the boat as I was struggling to breathe and being sick. Absolutely no organisation and very rude. Horrific experience. Transportation was also dirty, no working seatbelts and the driver was driving like a maniac and on his phone the majority of the drive

We booked this trip the day before and were picked up in the hotel lobby bang on time, a few more pick ups and then we were dropped at Puerto Morelos, the staff at the snorkelling place were great, spoke to us about the reef and the conservation work. We then showered to remove our sunscreen, none is allowed not even reef friendly!! We got our fins and life jackets as we have our own masks and we’re walked through to the boat. The team were great and we were taken out to reef and followed our guide around the reef. The colours were amazing and so many beautiful fish. The trip was cut a little short by a thunder storm! We decided it was best to get out of the water after a lightning strike. On the way back from the boat we ordered our lunch and went back to get dry and pick up our things, we were treated to some coffee tequila, lovely! Then back to the restaurant the tacos were delicious. We were shown our photos and bought the package they are superb. This was a wonderful trip and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Can not say enough about our Driver Javier- I left my phone in the van and he personally returned it. Snorkeling was excellent and Freida was great. Lunch was good but beware more like a snack and drinks even water is not included. Lots of pressure on the street from vendors.
