I booked through Viator and the process was simple. Shortly after I booked it I was immediately sent a confirmation and the communication was there every step of the way. My guide Weedens was beyond amazing! Amazing customer service and he really cared for my well being. I did the zipline and it was fun. We then went to the caves and had a blast. Weedens greeted me with a song that included my name. He was beyond helpful with facts and translations. Thank you!!
Very good experience with Claudy, an excellent guide who is very welcoming and very attentive. Zipline was great and the buggy was also great. The staff was also great. I highly recommend it.
A big thank you to our driver Claudy for his welcome and his kindness, the activity was great, the guides were super caring. We were able to negotiate 25 extra minutes of buggy. I recommend it 100%

This was such an amazing excursion! We got picked up by Weedens. He is super sweet super amazing! He goes above and beyond. Even played a song with my name in it on the way to the park. It’s our first time zip lining and we were super scared but everyone here was super accommodating, super friendly! We had so much fun and if we can book with Weedens, we’d do it EVERY SINGLE TIME! you won’t regret. ☺️
