Beautiful city. Wide choice between the old and new city.
Most i n formative and enjoyable tour. We really enjoyed our guide. She was most knowledgeable about the history of the periods and the Silk Industry in particular.

We had a fabulous time on our walking tour through the beautiful city of Lyon. There is so much history! Rodrigo made our tour very memorable. He also provided many restaurants options, this is a place to eat!

The theme of the visit was “Explore the Instaworthy spots of Lyon”: we did not benefit from this service!!! Our guide (if really a guide...) was absolutely unprepared, nothing was organized, the route was random, almost the one I indicated to him through the photos of Tripadvisor. This is not normal! I am extremely angry that I paid 237 € for a visit that I could have organized myself with Google map. Our “guide” was kind but not at all invested, did not know how to answer questions, had no notion of city history or very little , seemed inexperienced, it was well below what was expected! Really it is a great disappointment! He took his own picture near the Terreaux fountain without offering to take us all together. Anyway! We had the right to visit Lyon , certainly, but not that of the performance. At this point, it is theft! In addition, it was over 30¢C , a real guide would have planned small bottles of water at this rate! There, no preparation, even one wondered if he himself knew what he was doing there.

Toni is so kind, welcoming, funny and so knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed his knowledge of language origins. He asked questions of each of us in the group, pertaining to our interests. As the tour continued, he skillfully & seamless incorporated history & narrative regarding each of our interests. Toni did not know me from Adam, but left me feeling as though parts of the tour were designed with my interest in mind. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and learned a great deal of Lyon’s deep history. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you!
