Wow!! That was one of the most amazing experiences!! John was friggin AWESOME!! The knowledge and passion he has for this sport and his birds. I LOVED learning about him and his journey. He is a really awesome guy!! Call him when you book so you can plan a specific time. Viator doesn’t do that and he likes to talk to you and give you info. I can’t say enough good things about him and his business. The birds are gorgeous and so interesting!! I want to go back and do it with the owls!!!
What an amazing evening we spent with Jonathan, an expert falconer. The setting is in beautiful Holiday Valley, Ellicottville, NY. We learned so much and got to interact up close and personal with impressive birds of prey. Jonathan was so kind and patient with our two young grandsons, who were excited to hold a Harris hawk and Eurasian Eagle owl on their arms! A fantastic and unforgettable experience!

Jon was an excellent guide. We got introduced to several species of birds. Walking through the woods with 2 Hawks was really cool. Highly Recommend this Experience!
