We enjoyed our plane ride, but were totally ripped off afterwards. Weather altered the route we planned and paid for. Totally beyond anyones' control and the pilot did a lovely job. We spoke with customer service afterwards who, in writing, gave us a refund of $950 due to the shorter ride. However, the refund was never actually given and repeated attempts to get the refund were denied. Lovely ride but unfortunately we feel like a very large sum of money was stolen from us.
