Truly lucked out with experiencekart / Karthik. He was an amazing guide for 2 days. Did the city highlights the 1st day and the Waitomo glowworm caves on the 2nd day. Karthik was very knowledgeable about the city, country and all the landmarks. Our tour group came together to visit Auckland because of the Women’s World Cup. Karthik gave an excellent and personalized experience with attention to all details for our group. From pick up, which started with a gift bag of water and snacks, through drop off, he took care of every last detail. Our city tour was so good, we booked him for the Waitomo caves tour the very next day. Then, after taking a rushed, mediocre tour with another company that we had previously booked, we realized just how exceptional Karthik is in comparison. If you truly want to see Auckland this is the tour. Hop on hop off don’t take you to areas that offer spectacular views. Mt Eden and one tree hill aren’t on other tours. The operator Karth is also the owner. Small luxurious van. He is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to the visitors.
