Everyone was prompt, patient and welcoming. It was as an amazing experience and the photographer had the best vibe! Can't believe the cost of this buck list experience. Ruth and Estefania made booking and arranging transport quick and easy! We even saw an alligator!

Great boat and crew. We left the dock and headed to Isla Mujeres. Saw sea turtles and my son caught a barracuda even though it wasn’t a fishing trip. Water was beautiful. I would recommend they set up transportation so its seem less. Beer and food are extra. Great day.

We had a decent time. Isla Mujeres was beautiful. We enjoyed swimming there and our crew did a great job of getting us back and forth. They were very good at their jobs. We did however book a snorkeling adventure and weren’t given the snorkeling equipment that was supposed to be included. We finally asked for it and then we’re given only a pair of goggles. For us, the bigger frustration was that neither of our crew members spoke a word of English. They were nice, but it was difficult. This made for a frustrating day because we couldn’t communicate.

While all of our staff speak English, fluency levels may vary. We’re actively working with our team to strengthen their proficiency, as clear and confident communication is one of our top priorities. Regarding the snorkel equipment, we include goggles, a tube, and fins. We’re currently reviewing the situation with our crew to understand the discrepancy that occurred. Your feedback is incredibly helpful, it allows us to stay informed about what happens both on and off the boat. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. I recently had the pleasure of going on a yacht ride, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped aboard, the crew made us feel like VIPs, offering personalized service and ensuring that all our needs were met throughout the journey. The yacht itself was stunning—sleek, modern, and beautifully maintained, with spacious decks for lounging and a comfortable interior. Islas de mujeres was amazing and definitely recommended to anyone .
We did a bachelorette trip to Cancun from SC, USA. Our bride was Chandler, so we named our trip “Chancun.” We had a group of 6 people, we had the time of our lives on this Yacht trip! The crew was so on point. Communication from the beginning made me feel safe and secure to move forward with the reservation, and we sure are glad we did! We catered food and had alcohol and drinks provided by the company, everything was top notch!

I booked this experience for my mom for Mother’s Day and we had a wonderful time !! Martha was prompt on communicating and the ship crew were very friendly . I highly recommend and would book from them again
