SOBAGIRI-RAKUJYO è un negozio di attività dove i visitatori possono provare a preparare i noodles ramen, un popolare cibo giapponese, in modo autentico. A differenza delle esperienze culinarie economiche che combinano semplicemente prodotti commerciali, questa esperienza è unica a Kappabashi, la città dei coltelli da cucina, e utilizza un grande coltello da cucina appositamente progettato per la preparazione dei noodles per provare a tagliare i noodles sottili senza usare macchinari, applicando la tecnica di taglio soba-soba utilizzata fin dal periodo Edo. Uno strumento sistematico originale che completa un'esperienza così tradizionale in soli 30 minuti. Dopo aver preparato i noodles, puoi scegliere il tuo sapore preferito e provare i condimenti al tuo posto. RAKUJYO offre sia ramen che soba, quindi anche se c'è qualcuno nel tuo gruppo a cui non piace la farina di grano, puoi passare a un'esperienza di preparazione di soba utilizzando farina di grano saraceno al 100%. Our group had an amazing time at this ramen-making class! The entire experience was incredibly well organized, and you can tell they’ve thought of every detail to make it fun and stress-free. The instructors kept the class entertaining while teaching us how to make delicious ramen from scratch. We especially appreciated that they took photos throughout the class so we could simply enjoy the experience. This is a top-notch establishment and absolutely worth the price. This experience was a 10 of 10 experience. The host was amazing. He was so attentive. He made sure me and my daughter enjoyed our self. We laughed the whole way through. The food was amazing 10 / 10 anytime I come to Japan I will definitely come back

The soba noodles were very carefully taught and the result was very delicious. I think it's highly recommended for international guests.
