The staff are very helpful and informative. Facilities are clean and there is a lovely atmosphere. My wife and I opted for the massage and sauna experience. Well worth a visit

The baths and the massage were amazing! Highly recommend if in the area. The staff did a wonderful job and were very kind.

Quiet voices seem to be the theme here. The staff maintains the vibe by speaking softly so as not to disturb others. It was a good experience here, taking a bath and getting a massage. There is a warm pool, a small cold one, a warmer small pool, a steam room, and showers. The massage was relaxing and met my expectations. The staff was professional. You need to generously apply body moisturizer as the water experience can leave certain skin types, like mine, dehydrated and dry. The location is at the bottom of an apartment building near the Plaza Espana. It is an easy walk from the center of the old town.

I wanted to attend a Hammam ritual with my daughter for 2 hours. A disappointment and for 2 h bathing for 55 euros/person also much too expensive. . Reception: complicated, finally clarified to us that our package includes only the use of the installation for 2 h, no cleaning ritual with soap, glove and oil massage (this would have to be booked separately). I was able to buy the classic glove but it was only told me later inside, I am not allowed to use it. 😡 Unfortunately, I see little positive to mention. Too small a wardrobe, too many people at the same time for the small spatial conditions. Solution with street shoes in barefoot area poorly solved, unhygienic, problem is only shifted to wardrobe. In the steam sauna, a much too strong essential oil was used, which burned our eyes and we left the room immediately. The cloth provided, which is traditionally used instead of a swimsuit, is in no way enough to undock. 😂 There is no obligation for users to shower at first and I doubt the hygiene. 🤪 Not recommended! 🫣👎

A nice experience but a little disappointed by the lack of privacy whether for baths or massages. Passing a person who gets massaged, I found it average. It's kind of the factory. On the other hand a very nice welcome, nice bath and music, very well realized massage and tea is excellent.

It is not a hammam with Turkish purification ritual on hot stone. You can lie in a relatively small area in different necks in the water and there is a steam bath. Anyone who has ever experienced the foam ritual and expects the same will be disappointed. Massage beds are 3 side by side separated by curtain in the same room. You wear the wet swimsuit all the time. 3 points because the staff tries very hard. Otherwise a maximum of 2.

Not as advertised - baths were poor quality with lukewarm heat and tepid cold. The body scrub was poor quality. Not a luxurious experience. Massage was on a plastic bed. Would not recommend!

Excellent experience. The treatment I received was the best. I recommend it 100%. The massage therapists super respectful and attend to the need or what the person who will receive the massage wants.

My husband and I booked the package for the baths, body scrub and massage. This was a first for us for this type of experience and we were not disappointed. My husband loves a massage but I always decline owing to back problems. The two masseurs were so accomodating with them adapting the body scrub and massage so that I could receive what I could manage. It was a lovely relaxing way to spend a few hours. My husband added it was one of the best massages he has had and he's had a few. Many thanks Hannah and Willie.

Fantastic experience. Everyone so welcoming and friendly. The baths themselves are brilliant, three different pools going from cold to hot. Hot stone slabs and tea available whenever you want it. Particularly liked that it was limited in numbers so its not crowded. The scrub and massage were special. All in all a wonderful experience. I will return again!
