It’s my wife’s 30th birthday. I booked the jet car experience months in advance Specifically for the pictures and excitement, I completely understand unforeseen circumstances but to text me at 10PM the night before I’m supposed to be using the car and tell me the car is broken and you have no way to compensate me and if I get a refund it would take up to 7business days coming from my bank I had no plan B so I proceeded to go and upon arrival nothing but more disappointment. I paid $300 for an exciting jet car experience and received 20 (TWENTY MINUTES) on a jet ski in a baby lake that’s once again not pictured on the booking. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH VIATOR WILL HELP THE VENDOR SCAM YOU. I made viator aware of the issue and of course they ruled in favor of the vendor!
Hello 👋 sir! Mr Jame. I am Mike , the CEO and Founder of the company. Remember, I have informed you that the jet car was damaged and you have accepted to take the jet ski. I even give you 2 jet ski instead 1, I give you private transportation that you even not deserved. I did all that just because you told me it was the birthday of your wife. You know that I have prooves screenshot for that I am taking about. So, you should be grateful to viator and to our Company.
Paid in full; excursion unavailable, lost $100 transportation cost, no accountability. Disappointing
Nooooo… we have told you, NO TRANPORTATION STAYING AT AIRBNB OR APARTMENTS. so, if your place is far from our location and your Uber driver charge you. We are not responsible. Please go and fix your problems with your Uber driver that we don’t even know. We provide our services, you drove your jet car in the ocean and we give your more than 30 mns instead it was only minutes. What did you want more?

Greetings!! I am Wilfrid. I am the Owner. One day before You booked the jet car, You asked me if Will they take you to the beach, I told You by a text NO. Because, of the rules of the Ministry of Tourism in Punta Cana, they don't allow jet car at the beach for safety, because drunk travelers arrive and they want to drive. But, any way You still kept your booking. And the day of the attraction, You made me send the driver to a place where You we're not. You need to be honest before you repeat the Word scam.
This new experience is entertaining and fun for the variety the holiday with michael L R Jackson in Dominican republic🥰

A unique and adrenaline-filled experience! From the start the team was very professional, friendly and always attentive to safety. The Jet Car is super fast, stable and perfect for enjoying the sea in style. The views, speed and sense of freedom were simply spectacular.
