La giornata comincia con un comodo pick-up alle 8:30 dal vostro Alloggio a Marrakech. Mentre ti lasci alle spalle la vivace città, viaggerai verso le panoramiche colline ai piedi delle montagne dell'Alto Atlante, dove la tua Guida fornirà un briefing dettagliato per assicurarti di essere completamente preparato per l'avventura di una giornata.
Il trekking inizia a Imlil, un incantevole villaggio arroccato a 1.740 metri e rinomato come la porta d'accesso ai Monti dell'Atlante. Da qui, seguirete panoramici sentieri di montagna attraverso l'incantevole valle di Tamatirt, passando per i villaggi tradizionali di Ait Souka e Tamatirt, costruiti in pietra e argilla che si fondono perfettamente con l'ambiente naturale circostante. Lungo il percorso, respirate la frizzante aria di montagna e ammirate campi terrazzati, noccioleti e ruscelli scintillanti. La tua salita prosegue fino al Passo Tizi n'Tmatert, raggiungendo 2.280 metri, dove si aprono ampie vedute della Valle Imnan, rivelando un arazzo di antichi insediamenti e paesaggi ondulati modellati da generazioni di tradizioni agricole berbere. Il trekking raggiunge il suo apice ad Adrar Talmrout, a 2.600 metri di altezza, un punto di osservazione mozzafiato dove la vasta catena dell'Atlante si estende in ogni direzione, offrendo un panorama indimenticabile che incarna la maestosità delle montagne.
Dopo aver festeggiato il vostro successo, iniziate la discesa verso Imlil, seguendo un percorso panoramico che rivela nuove prospettive sulle valli e sulle cime circostanti. Una volta tornati in paese, assaporate un pranzo appena preparato (non incluso) una ricompensa meritata dopo una giornata gratificante sui sentieri. Sentendoti rinfrescato, tornerai al tuo veicolo e tornerai a Marrakech, con un arrivo stimato intorno alle 18: 00 PM. Mentre ti avvicini alla città, porterai con te ricordi duraturi di paesaggi montani drammatici, incontri culturali e la profonda soddisfazione di completare una delle escursioni giornaliere più notevoli della regione.

The hike itself was beautiful and well worth doing for someone who doesn’t want the grueling challenge of a full Toubkal climb, but wants something more rigorous than a walk around Imlil. The route was scenic and varied, and my guide, Mustapha, did a great job leading the climb. There was some initial confusion from my driver and the team about what hike I had signed up for, and communication around the return transport was not clear. In both cases it took some initiative and self-advocacy to sort it out. Overall, it was all worth it but I would recommend making sure you know what you’re signing up for and advocate for it along the way :)

We had an absolutely fantastic excursion, from start to finish. The organization was perfect, with a punctual care and a very well structured program. The transport was comfortable and secure, which allowed us to fully enjoy the ride. The guide was simply remarkable: very professional, passionate and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the local history, culture and traditions with great clarity, while remaining attentive to the needs of each participant. The scenery was breathtaking and each stop was carefully chosen, leaving us enough time to take pictures, explore and enjoy the moment.
