Alle 8:00 il vostro autista vi verrà a prendere al vostro alloggio e si dirigerà verso ovest. Lungo la strada, ci si ferma a vedere gli alberi sacri di argan. È un albero speciale adattato alle zone semidesertiche e apprezzato per le sue proprietà medicinali. Le capre si arrampicano su questi alberi per il pascolo e per saperne di più sulla produzione di argan si può visitare una delle cooperative femminili della zona che lavorano all’estrazione di olio sia nutritivo che cosmetico. La nostra destinazione è la storica città di Essaouira, una piccola città di mare con un vecchio porto di pescatori fortificato. Fondata nel XVI secolo dai portoghesi che la occuparono fino alla metà del XVIII secolo, l'imponente fortificazione cittadina è costituita da una sorprendente miscela di architettura portoghese, berbera e francese. Avrete abbastanza tempo per esplorare la piccola città a vostro piacimento come i souk e i laboratori di falegnameria dedicati alla scultura in legno Thuya. Ammira numerose gallerie d'arte nella medina e visita il porto fortificato con le sue bancarelle di pesce fresco.

Our private driver was Mohamed. Daytrip to Essaouira to the atlantic coast and he was so smart and nice. We had a good time doing jokes and conver-sation. He was in time and showed us special regions. Every time again.Thanks for being our hero of the day ;0)

We did day trip to Essiaoura and spent 2 nights in Marakesh, 1night in Agafay. Yusef was our driver throughout the 3 night trip and made our trip amazing. Very safe driver, speaks great English.
