Great last day for us!! Jackie & Eric were the perfect hosts for our tour. Fun & informative tour of Talum Mayan Ruins. Then lunch and a bit of shopping in the market. The day ended with a Cenote swim where we learned the history and importance of the cenotes to the Mayan before enjoying cool refreshing swim. The birds came out from their stalagmite nests to greet us, long with dragonflies. Great end to the day!!
horrible customer service they arrive early and they never call me to change the pick time i was watting in the point for more than 30 minutes and when i call them., to ask why ,they said the came early .... i request to refund my money but they want to refund me the money because they said is my fall
Hi, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. We would like to clarify that once a tour is booked, the confirmation voucher specifies that the pick-up time is scheduled and shared approximately 24 hours prior to the activity, and the time selected during booking corresponds to the start time of the tour, not the pick-up time. Our drivers follow the assigned schedule provided in the system. In this case, the unit arrived according to the scheduled pick-up window. We regret if there was any confusion regarding the timing, and we understand how this may have impacted your experience. Please know that your feedback is very important to us. We will review this case internally to ensure clearer communication and avoid similar misunderstandings in the future. Kind regards
All went well with the excursion itself. However, it seemed like our excursion was combined with a different excursion. Instead of 2 stops (Tulum Ruins and a Cenote), we had 3. Our booked excursion did not include a stop in Playa del Carmen, but we stopped there. Instead of an ~8 hour tour, it was right around 13 hours. We missed our dinner reservations, and missed time at our resort that we were planning on.
The description of the trip on Viator should be what it is in real life. Why am I going to playa del Carmen to shop for two hours and only being given 25 min of free time at the tulum ruins . Ridiculous… was told 8 hours and it turns into 12.. insane I always have a problem with Viator !!!!!!
Hello, We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your tour experience, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to mention that the stop in Playa del Carmen was included as an upgrade to your tour, along with the lunch that was provided as part of the experience. That said, we understand your concerns regarding the timing and duration of the tour, and we sincerely apologize if it did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will make sure to share it with our team and the tour operator to continue improving our service. Thank you again for your comments, and we appreciate your understanding. Best regards

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the cancellation and any inconvenience this may have caused to your plans. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you are traveling. We’re glad you were able to reach Tulum by ADO bus and that you found the ruins interesting and the museum wonderful. We’re also very sorry to hear about your experience at the bus stop. Unfortunately, there are sometimes unofficial individuals posing as guides near transportation areas. As you mentioned, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets only through official ticket offices and hiring certified guides inside the archaeological site to avoid these situations. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps inform other travelers and improve overall experiences. Best regards.
Company didnt show up. 7:00 am pickup time. No call. Guess we'll see the ruins and cenotes on our next visit.
We are truly sorry to read this and sincerely apologize for the frustration caused. Our records indicate that the pick-up was scheduled for 7:00 am; however, we were unable to establish contact at the designated meeting point. In situations like this, our operations team attempts to coordinate with the driver and passenger, but unfortunately, we were not able to connect. We understand how disappointing it is to miss a tour to the ruins and cenotes, especially when you were looking forward to it. This is never the experience we want for our guests. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can review your case in detail and provide the appropriate follow-up. Kind regards,
Our trip was cancelled by the tour provider, Cancun Experience, with very short notice. We had no opportunity to arrange a different tour. The reason provided was the tour guide had a family emergency. It may have had more to do with not selling enough tickets. Very disappointing. Choose a different tour provider to avoid a similar disappointment.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the cancellation and understand how disappointing this must have been. However, we would like to clarify that this was a last-minute reservation, and you were notified promptly after the booking was received. The cancellation was due to a genuine family emergency involving our only available tour guide for this experience. This was an unforeseen and unavoidable situation. Please be assured that the decision was not related to ticket sales. The tour was operating as scheduled, but due to this unexpected personal loss, we were unable to proceed. A full refund was processed immediately. We truly apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Well organized, nicely paced. and informative tour with a professional, and knowledgeable guide. Most enjoyable time.
This tour was an amazing experience. The ruins were beautiful, and Jackie was a kind, entertaining, and knowledgeable tour guide. Also, the cenote was very remote and almost entirely to ourselves. I would highly recommend!
Many thanks to Claire for showing us the archaeological site of Tulum and for living her passion by telling us about the life of the Mayans. Discover also a cenote, curiosity of nature. Then go to the Coba site where the different ethnic groups of Maya built their territory.
