Our driver/tour guide was so wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgable. It was a little over an hour to get out to the Luberon Valley Park. Once there it was beautiful. The country roads we almost empty of other cars. The villages were so quaint and very little crowds so it was easy to walk around and visit the shops.
Bonjour Ron, Thank you for this nice comment! We are happy that you enjoyed the landscapes and villages of Provence as well as the tour with our guide. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for another memorable experience! Team A la Française!
Villages were really nice, it's a little bit of a rushed your if you are doing a shore excursion from a ship. We had rain to no fault of the tour or guide, but this tour was really just a drive to places, get out explore and back in. Our driver / guide Leanne was very nice and tried to make the best of the day. It's a beautiful country side, probably need a few more hours to see more and enjoy though.
Dear Carl, thank you for your honest feedback. For shore excursions, our itineraries must align with the cruise ship's schedule, and passengers need to be back on board at least 1 hour before departure , this limits the time available at each stop, and unforeseen circumstances like weather can require the guide to adapt the route on the day. We're glad Leana did her best to make the most of your time despite the rain, and we appreciate your comments on the beautiful countryside. Team À la française

Great tour with an experienced driver. Lovely visit in the countryside visiting small villages in the Luberon. One gets to see how people out of the big cities live. Highly recommend.

The villages are beautiful, very pretty , sitting on a hill by the seaside! Our guide Sara was amazing, she had lots of interesting information and took good care! We had a great day.
Bonjour, Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beauty of the villages and the stunning seaside views. Our guide will be thrilled to hear your kind words; she always strives to provide an enriching and memorable experience. We look forward to welcoming you back for another adventure soon! Best regards, A la Française
We really enjoyed yourselves, however the number of participants should be limited to 7 passengers. With eight, one poor unlucky soul is required to sit in the middle between the driver and front passenger. If you are over 4 feet tall, you will have a big problem, as the Mercedes van has no legroom when sitting behind the center console. That issue aside, we had a great time and the tour guide was excellent. You visit several charming towns in the French countryside and have time to explore. The tour guide was knowledgeable and tour was a good value.
Bonjour, Thank you so much for your detailed feedback, we're really glad to hear you had a great time and enjoyed the guide, the towns, and the overall value of the tour. We do understand your point about the seating, especially that middle front seat, and we’ll definitely take that into consideration. We hope to welcome you again soon for an even more comfortable experience! Best Regards, A la Française
This was our first time going "off tour" with our cruise ship, meaning not taking a tour with Princess. While we did return back on time, a big, huge plus, the tour itself fell short. First of all, it was difficult to identify our driver. Strike 1. Signage was POOR and took us too long to find our driver/tour guide in the port!!! Second, the vehicle was extremely small, 8 people plus the driver was extremely tight. Strike 2. Third, commentary was limited, it seemed more like a driver than tour guide, strike 3. Over all just so-so. It should of and could of been so much better. However, we will try Viator on another venue because usually they are great!
Bonjour, We read your review with interest. 1-For the signage we are not responsible for the lack of information because we cannot arrange the places as we wish and there are a lot of people arriving at the same time. Our guides have special and recognizable outfits: with navy blue polo shirt and hat as well as a board with the names of clients. 2-Our vans are spacious, sometimes the configuration means that there are fewer places depending on the person, but this remains exceptional 3-In order to improve our customer service, we will forward your comment to our guide. Best regards A LA FRANCAISE
I especially enjoyed walking through the old village of Eze. A small group tour is definitely best. Although our tour guide was very knowledgeable, I was disappointed in the level of English. I was only able to make out a small amount. Disappointing when you pay for an English guide and can't understand.
We are surprised because our tours do not go to Eze, and all our guides are bilingual. I think you have the wrong people. Please remove your comment which is damaging to us. Best regards A LA FRANCAISE TEAM
