Il tour parte dall'Associazione Marsigliese d'Accueil de Marins (AMAM) (Club del marinaio), situata di fronte alla stazione di polizia fuori dal molo della nave da crociera. La passeggiata fino al punto di incontro dura circa 5-7 minuti, a seconda di dove è attraccata la vostra nave. Al momento dello sbarco, si prega di seguire la linea verde sul pavimento che porta all'uscita. Una volta fuori, continuare a camminare fino a vedere un piccolo edificio grigio sulla sinistra. Il vostro rappresentante locale, con in mano un cartello Domitia Tours, vi aspetterà lì. Chiediamo gentilmente a tutti gli ospiti di arrivare al luogo di partenza designato almeno 15 minuti prima dell'orario di partenza previsto. Nota bene: nel caso in cui la vostra nave attracchi all'Esplanade J4, incontreremo il gruppo direttamente al molo: non è necessario prendere un taxi, un autobus o un taxi. Siete pregati di notare che Domitia Tours non sarà responsabile di eventuali spese extra se il trasporto viene organizzato in modo indipendente.

The trip on July 13 started 30 minutes late because the tour operator was not having clear inventory of the guests and looking to make sure everyone is onboard. Then he stopped at multiple places to pickup more guests. Finally, the tour was cut short and completely skipped Notre Dame. The driver had to return and cannot complete the itinerary as guaranteed by tour operator. We have to spend money to take taxi on our own and back to cruise port. Please aware. Requesting partial refund from the provider. I don’t know whom to blame here but the our visit was screwed.
This is a fantastic tour of the city. Djilani is a great tour guide giving interesting history of the city throughout the tour. There was lots of time at each stop to get out and explore and take pictures. Overall a superb way to experience Marseille. Highly recommend this tour for any one stopping in Marseille.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Joe was an outstanding tour guide! Even though he was filling in for another guide and our 11:00 a.m. tour started at 11:30, it did not impact our experience at all. He more than made up for it with his professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude. Joe was incredibly patient with our group, especially when we spent a little extra time at one of the stops. We ate at OPA and enjoyed every once of good! He never rushed us and made sure everyone had a great experience. He took us to some really cool places around Marseille and shared fascinating history and local insights that made the city come alive. His enthusiasm, thorough explanations, and genuine care for his guests made this one of the highlights of our visit. It's a bus tour - they drive you around and show you the sights. Tour guide was fine. My concern was Viator lists it as a max of 15 people that can be booked on this tour - that isn't true. We were on a big bus with 30+ other people. Not what I thought it was going to be.

Not only was our tour time changed the night prior we did not visit the sights advertised. We only went to one of them and when I questioned the tour guide she said the bus could not get to one of the sights because it was too large. (Did they not know our itinerary?) We always returned to the bus on time however we left each stop 15-20 minutes after that time which was a waste of our tour time, thus again only seeing one of the advertised stops. All poor planning with this vendor. Others were thrown in however we booked this tour based on the places we could visit. I have used viator many times and have been happy with their service but this tour operator was terrible. I do not recommend this tour.

Great bus tour. The bus was very comfortable. There wasn’t a ton of walking só it was great those who have difficulty. We got free time to shop as well. Paco’s narration was the best! Very informative without being boring. highly rexommend!

Horrible experience. I booked the tour in Spanish and the guide told me it wasnt available. After he offered to translate but never did. Few information

Tour started an hour and a half late. Joe stated that we would be back to the ship on time prior to leaving. All stops cut short on time. Ok tour at best.
