C'è molto altro che ti aspetta al largo della penisola di Charleston! Ecco la tua opportunità per fare un tour per piccoli gruppi di 1/2 giornata (8 o meno) nel mio Mercedes Sprinter 2021. Questo tour ha qualcosa per tutti, mentre visitiamo i luoghi più pittoreschi fuori dai limiti del Lowcountry. Ottieni la tua dose di fari, spiagge, moli, fortezze e storia infinita. Capirai rapidamente quanto sia importante l'area di Charleston nella storia americana, mentre ammiri la brezza dell'oceano. Per prima cosa ci recheremo a Folly Beach per visitare il faro, la spiaggia e il molo. Successivamente, un viaggio attraverso lo storico college militare della Cittadella. Poi, verso Sullivan's Island e per passeggiare nei giardini di Fort Moultrie, fino alla spiaggia e alla migliore vista di Charleston dall'acqua. Infine, il faro. Sono una guida turistica certificata della città che ti porta fuori dai limiti! Ci sono passeggiate in questo tour e includono le dune della spiaggia. Cammineremo per una strada breve e interessante fino alla fine di quest'isola per avere una splendida vista del porto di Charleston e del sesto faro più antico degli Stati Uniti. Le passeggiate sono di 1/4 di miglio e includono alcune spiagge e sabbia.
Un tempo la Mecca del parco divertimenti degli anni '50, Folly Pier è il punto focale di questa località balneare per il surf, con molte attività turistiche. Anche una sosta souvenir e riposo.
Faremo un giro in questo famoso campus militare fotogenico e ci fermeremo per qualche scatto! Colpi.
La storia degli Stati Uniti coloniali si trova in questa tappa del tour. Migliaia e migliaia di schiavi africani importati si sono fermati qui nelle case di quarantena durante il viaggio forzato verso il Nord America. La prima battaglia navale della Rivoluzione, le prime inquadrature del Civile e la spiaggia più tranquilla di Charleston, è tutto qui. Se il tempo lo permette, visiteremo il centro visitatori del Parco Nazionale.
Ci fermeremo e vedremo il faro più brutto degli Stati Uniti.

Good experience, nice place, nice weather
A great alternative visit to the downtown Charleston tours with the opportunity to visit historic sites on the outskirts of the city. Friendly and informative tour guide.
Great way to get to the beach.... 4 different ones!
Lee Ann was a great tour guide. We enjoyed her commentary for all of the sites visited. It add meaningfull context and history to the tour
The tour guide was fun, interesting stories and I would recommend to friends. We had 6 friends traveling together and it turned out to be a private tour.
LeeAnn was excellent! She was thoughtful and friendly. There were only 6 in our group which made it like we were one family. She brought us a delicious treat & water. We didn't feel rushed at each stop & she even took and shared family pictures! She's full of little surprises that made it special. I wish we would've been able to get out at the Citadel for pictures of the military machines around the green. We'd definitely take another tour with her!

Leanne was our tour guide and she was simply terrific! We did the Get Out of Town tour for a different view of the Charleston area. Leanne knew so many facts about the areas we visited and easily answered our questions. She had water available for our group and even brought us a local snack. She took several picture of our group and didn’t even have to ask. Highly recommend this tour for a different view of the Charleston area.

Our host Leanne was very gracious and arranged to pick us up at the cruise ship port. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable in the spacious Mercedes bus. Leanne took us to several great locations as well as a small tour of the downtown area. All in all it was a great experience and would highly recommend her tour.
