Elegante cerimonia del tè indossando l'esperienza Kimono a Kyoto

Descrizione

This was a lovely experience. We were expertly dressed in kimono (we had a large variety to choose from and they accommodate all shapes and sizes). We enjoyed hearing about the tradition of the tea ceremony followed by making our own tea. Though an option, we chose not to walk around dressed as it was a rainy icky day.
Our family of three learned about the history and culture of a tea ceremony. First off, they will also have you select your kimono and for women will do your hair. You learn about the ritual of how matcha came into Japan from China and the ceremony of making and frothing the tea. We also add on learning calligraphy which was challenging for other members of my family but they were very encouraging and gave a lot of pointers. At the end they will let you walk around with your kimono so you can take outside pictures. Overall it's a great experience.
Very educational and a good submersion into Japanese culture. Wearing kimono was a nice touch, and you can get some cool selfies.
So much fun- great educational experience with tea and kimono. This was right by kyoto market so they let us walk around d market to get more family pictures in our kimonos as well as shop. Great family experience!
It is very well organized and clear. You arrive and after a brief check-in you are helped in getting dressed for the ceremony. Cool experience. Tea ceremony was interesting and respectful.
Amazing experience from start to finish . The tea ceremony was peaceful and fun followed by the calligraphy session . Recommend dressing in Kimonos was fun and the pictures are great for the memory book . Would highly recommend
Fantastic experience! Loved every minute of it. The people working there were so kind and helpful. Dressing as a traditional geisha was a highlight of the trip. The tea ceremony was very interesting and the calligraphy was so fun.
Perfect way to learn more about the culture. The tea ceremony felt so authentic, and my family loved learning about the different rituals and meanings behind the tradition; not to mention, the kimonos looked incredible! We also did the Nishiki Market tour after, and our guides were incredible, giving us recommendations and showing us hidden gems of the area. We got to do the whole tour in our kimonos, and they let us keep them until 6 pm, so we could take pictures. A must for those who want a more cultured experience.
Our family of 5 had a fun time dressing up and taking part in a traditional tea service. Guided were welcoming and thoughtful. Would recommend to those traveling with kids and looking for a fun, low key experience.
It was a lovely experience! We did the calligraphy experience too which was a lot of fun. Highly recommended!
