A very well organised group. Arturo looked after what was a very eclectic group. El Cielo Cozumel is the most amazing turquoise clear waters with reef sharks and stingrays swimming among us. Mario ran the party boat and a lot of tequila was drank together with wonderful cevice. We were all friends by that point. I laughed out loud and learnt that mushers Michioacan can drink under the boat all the guys on it! Fuerte muheres! The gift shops in Cozumel were wonderful and either different merchandise than the rest of the trips.
No!!!!!!! They sent us to Cozumel to tell us that it was canceled they offered us a jeep trip that we refused not having come for that. No refund!!!!! And we returned by taxi to cancun seeing boats in the distance.... so no exit they will say it is the authorities... and no refund ... I recovered that some of the taxes I gave in cash (they deducted breakfast, transfer, round trip boat ticket).... I am still waiting for the transfer!!!! From 4 people....

Good to know how to snorkel experience in cozumel. Tour guide is nice and patient. Only one thing food is not so good probably (our family are sea sick ). Overall I gave 4 stars rating for this tour.
We had a great time! The guide was very helpful and on time and very nice. The boat and snorkel was awesome! Very energetic and fun vibe all around while Making sure we were safe. While in Cozumel we had about 3 hours free time which in my opinion was way too much time especially if you don’t rent a car to go to the beach.. which for 3 hours it wouldn’t be worth it to rent anything. So In that case there is not a walkable beach and not much at all to do if you don’t want to spend money. We just walked around for an hour and then put our towels down in the park and then tried to nap for a couple hours. Obviously not the agency’s fault. Although would have been helpful to know that there was not a beach walkable or anywhere near the ferry point. If we knew that we may have just drove our rented car and took the ferry and booked the boat tour without the schedule of the guide to not “kill time” for 3 hours at Cozumel. A little guidance here would have been nice. Long day but we saw a lot of cool stuff, got included lunch, drinks, easy stress free transport and drop off/pick up Points and escort the whole way.
Our tour to El Cielo in Cozumel was absolutely unforgettable! We did snorkeling stops at Palancar Reef, Columbia Reef, and finally at El Cielito, and each location was more breathtaking than the last. The marine life was incredible — crystal-clear water, colorful fish, and coral formations that looked like something out of a dream. But El Cielo was truly indescribable… shallow turquoise water, soft white sand, and starfish everywhere. It felt like paradise! The crew was super professional and friendly, making sure we were safe and having fun the entire time. If you’re in Cozumel, this tour is a must. It’s one of those experiences you’ll remember forever!
We recently went on a tour to El Cielo in Cozumel with my girlfriend, and it was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences we’ve ever had. This is a tour you simply can’t miss. It includes everything you could need—round-trip ferry to Cozumel, full snorkel gear, and perfect organization from start to finish. Everything was handled so smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I want to sincerely thank the travel agency for putting together such an amazing experience for us. We enjoyed every moment of it—it was one of the best days of our lives!
