Ammira la bellezza di questa cattedrale gotica, dall'esterno, caratterizzata da altezza e ornamenti drammatici con oltre 3.400 statue e migliaia di guglie individuali. Prendi l'ascensore e ti troverai di fronte a una splendida vista sullo skyline della città. Godetevi la visita guidata ammirando gli interni del Duomo, dai portali in bronzo, magnifici e decorati in altorilievo, alle vetrate che raccontano una scena o una storia. Nota: la visita interna della Cattedrale non è inclusa quando si seleziona l'opzione Solo tetti.
Puoi goderti una vista straordinaria di Milano da solo da questi incredibili tetti, circondato da centinaia di statue. Esplorerai quest'area da solo. (se hai scelto l'opzione sui tetti). Non è possibile saltare la fila per accedere a quest'area. L'ascensore ha una capienza massima di 7 persone, quindi potrebbe essere necessario attendere qualche minuto prima di salire sul tetto (l'ascensore è comunque sempre garantito). Tieni presente che dopo l'ascensore ci sono circa 50 gradini per raggiungere la cima della Cattedrale e ridiscendere alla fine del tour.

The experience was wonderful. The meet up was a little confusing. The Piazza was busy and tour group leaders aren’t allowed to carry flags, etc. The Duomo is lovely! We took the lift to the roof but there are still many steps to the top and then down again. The stained glass was incredible. And all the statuary , of course. If you are in Milano, you shouldn’t miss this!
We booked this tour last minute and so the price reflected it. We could have booked direct for a lot less but decided to do a guided tour. The guide was pretty good and entertaining but it was realtively short. We were then free to roam the cathedral and rooftop at will. One minor issue easily resolved was that the ticket we were given by the guide for the roof was for the day before. After a bit of to and froing the guard scanned the ticket and let us in.
Going up to the rooftop and walking along its terrace and roof is a good and curious experience. Being so close to the spires and seeing the tiny people on the street. You don't visit the cathedral, only a part of it, and going up the stairs is a bit exhausting.
The trip to the rooftop of the Duomo was great! We explored all around and thoroughly enjoyed the views!
Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and made the experience very enjoyable. Was above and beyond what I expected.
The tour was about 50 minutes and our guide was fantastic. He brought along a iPad to show us various facts about the cathedral and its construction. The rooftop was self guided and worth every penny. Such an extraordinary structure.
Great to have a group of only 3 amidst the mad crush of people. Our guide was genuine and shared both the basics that we needed and some of his own experiences/opinions. It appears that once this organization has a timed group, they buy the entrance tickets from the same site that we would if we do if we booked it ourselves. So, for a 45-minute interior tour and simple access to the roof, I'd say it was pretty expensive at $98. If you're shorter on time than money, it's an OK way to go.
Very impressive. Guide was very knowledgeable. Shared stories about the Last Supper and each of the 12 disciples.
The meetup area was clear, making it was easy to find the guide before the tour. The tour organizer also explained how the tickets worked (adult tickets were just one piece of paper/QR code; children had separate tickets for the church and the rooftop). Note that adult tickets are also good for entry to the museum, but children tickets are not-- that wasn't clear ahead of time, and only after I asked the tour operator onsite did she explain it. The tour itself was decent but pretty basic and seemed a little rushed, it went a little shorter than advertised (40-45'). We were able to go right in, and afterward there was no line whatsoever for the lift to the roof. The cathedral and the views from rooftop are incredible.
Italy is super hot in June. Recommend the LIFT to the top. Lots of stairs. Remember u need to keep shoulders covered when entering the Cathedral. Wonderful history and exquisite stained glass windows!
