Dominica Shore Excursion: River Tubing Safari

This excursion was everything. It was just the right amount of time. It was relaxing, and then the twist comes here and there with little dips and splashes. We met a lot of people of all ages, so this is something definitely a family can do. The team was friendly and I’m happy that we did it. It kept our young adult son entertained!

Had a great time exploring and swimming towards the waterfalls. After a short ride, went to hot springs for clay bake and rinse off. Swimming in the cave was a bit hard for us (69, 72 yrs.) because we had to hang on to the fingerholds because the current was against us.

Highly recommend, had one of the best times on a river I've done tubing in a long time. The staff was very friendly and organized.

Excellent time. Instructors were attentive and engaged. Took my 5 year old son who was nervous but he finished with a smile and enjoyed the experience.

This experience was allot of fun. The Whacky Rollers company did a fantastic job and made it fun for all of us. It was just the right length of time. The van ride to the river was good, allot to see. The company was quick to get us all on the river. The guides spent allot of time making sure everyone was having a good time. Ride back was just as good and we got dropped off in town next to the port. Went to "Pirates" afterwards for live music and drinks. This is my second time cruising through Dominica and Pirates is a great place to stop off after your excursion and have a few drinks.

We had a blast spending the day with Wacky Rollers! Felt the price was affordable compared to other excursions, especially with transportation included. All the crew was great, helpful, interactive, and seemed to be having fun themselves. Our party ranged in age from 21 to 67, and everyone enjoyed themselves.

The organization was excellent: From the punctual pick-up to the friendly and professional support by the guides to the smooth return to the ship, everything just worked perfectly. We were particularly impressed by how many guides accompanied us. This made us feel safe and well looked after at all times. At the same time, the fun was absolutely not neglected – the tubing on the water was just great and gave us an incredible amount of joy! An all-round successful excursion that we would do again at any time. Highly recommended!
