Questo servizio è pensato per: • Visitatori di navi da crociera che sbarcano a Vancouver, non soggiornano in città, con voli pomeridiani/serali e desiderano esplorare il centro di Vancouver. • I passeggeri delle navi da crociera non possono effettuare il check-in nei loro alloggi fino a tarda giornata, ma sono ansiosi di scoprire il centro di Vancouver. Procedure per la riconsegna del bagaglio degli ospiti: • Gli ospiti partono dalla nave da crociera e si dirigono verso il deposito bagagli giornaliero proprio al porto • Gli ospiti rimetteranno il loro voucher all'agente del servizio clienti • Gli ospiti riceveranno un Biglietto per il ritiro del bagaglio e le istruzioni per il ritiro • Gli ospiti possono partire per salire al livello della strada e godersi la giornata Procedure di ritiro del bagaglio degli ospiti: • Quando è il momento di ritirare la borsa, gli ospiti seguono la mappa sull'opuscolo (gli verrà fornita quando lasceranno la borsa). • Gli ospiti mostrano il loro biglietto di reclamo e l'ID presso il luogo di deposito giornaliero • I bagagli devono essere ritirati entro le 16:30 e non possono essere depositati durante la notte al Terminal Crociere. I bagagli non ritirati entro le 17:00 verranno depositati fuori sede. Convenient option for leaving your bags when travelling through the cruise terminal Vancouver. Efficient operation.
It is convenient to the port when you disembark from your cruise ship and very easy to find. We were able to drop our bags off, sightsee in Vancouver, return for bags by 4:30pm, and grab a taxi to the airport.

We got off our cruise and went straight to the luggage storage which was easy to located. As it was pre paid we just dropped luggage off and went on our way. Picking up was just as easy.

Good deal storing my 3 luggages after existing my cruise trip. Place was convenient and price was reasonable. We were able to tour vacouver whole day and pick up my luggage before close hour. I would highly recommend this place.

Our flight left after 10pm and did not want to waste the day. Since we didn’t want to drag suitcases around the luggage locker was the solution. It’s very convenient. It’s right in the Convention Center on the left after going through customs. We also did the hop on/hop off bus. It was a great way to see Vancouver and explore a but more at the stops. We highly recommend exploring Stanley Park.

Very easy and convenient. They're located right when you walk out of the terminal. The process to check in and out your luggage was great! Highly recommend if you're flying later in the day!

Arrived in Vancouver from an Alaskan cruise and was looking for a place to store our bags for a few hours before heading to the airport. This was the perfect solution. For about $30, they were able to store 4 bags from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in a secure area. Drop off is located in the port and couldn’t have been better.
