La sommelier di birra locale Carien vi accoglierà nella sua sala degustazione privata e vi farà conoscere il meraviglioso mondo delle birre artigianali belghe. Assaggerete quattro stili di birra abbinati ad alcuni fingerfood (come formaggio / cioccolato) mentre lei vi dirà di più sulla birra, la birra e tutti i birrifici locali di Bruxelles che si possono scoprire. Piccoli gruppi, deliziose birre con snack e un'atmosfera meravigliosa. Non bevi alcolici? Possiamo organizzare le seguenti alternative: - degustazione di birra analcolica (0,0%) - degustazione di birra analcolica (max 0,5%) - degustazione soft drink Viaggi con bambini? Se si desidera venire con i bambini minorenni, si prega di far sapere in anticipo. A partire dagli 8 anni organizzeremo una degustazione di bevande analcoliche. Per i bambini sotto gli 8 anni forniremo bevande, snack e alcuni giocattoli, se necessario. I bambini saranno sempre sotto la vostra supervisione nella stessa stanza. Non serviremo MAI birra o birra analcolica ai bambini!

We did the VIP beer tasting for two and had a great time. The beer selection was excellent, with some beers we had never tried before. A real highlight was tasting a young and an aged Orval side by side and discovering how much the flavour changes over time. The food pairings were also fantastic and really added to the experience. It was interesting to see how different cheese, chocolates and other bites brought out new flavours in the beers. Carien is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about beer. The explanations were interesting without ever feeling overwhelming, and I learned a lot throughout the evening. I would also like to mention the attention to detail, that really made it special. Everything felt very personal and well thought out. A fun, enriching and memorable experience. We would definitely do it again and would happily recommend it to others.

Two hours packed with sampling very diverse Christmas and winter beers and learning more about brewing, ingredients and craft-beer ecosystem in Brussels, Belgium and beyond. Cosy atmosphere, a knowledgeable host, beer and treats (cheese & chocolate) with friends - what more could you wish for?
