Informative, fun, relaxed tour
Daniel is an incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful and fun guide, dispersing stories, jokes and facts along the drive. I was most impressed by his wide range of knowledge about the ecosystem, sailing, and even trigonometry! He has the gift of being a great science communicator. He kept us on time at each stop without making us feel rushed and most importantly kept our safety a top priority. Total walking time was fairly minimal and generally level. Some steps were involved along the trails. The only thing I would have liked to change about the tour is more time at Cape Tribulation to wander around and take in the vastness of the setting. That being said, there’s a lot to see and do along the tour and factors like the weather and traffic conditions can influence the available time at a given spot. Overall the tour was very memorable, informative and relaxed. Would highly recommend.

Well organised & great experience
The tour schedule was very organised and we had a great tour guide, Daniel. Loved the history of this area and the protection of Daintree. Daniel knows so much and gave us many humorous & descriptive stories along the route. Saw quite a few crocs, loved the scenery! All the food & drinks along the route were fantastic.

Great day out!
A long day, but an awesome day and made memorable by Daniel’s encyclopedic knowledge of everything and friendly nature. Good to see some real live crocs in nature, and the forest walks and scenic views were fantastic. Highly recommend doing a guided tour rather than a self drive which we were originally considering.

Do this.
Had this day out booked by our travel agent. It was lengthy, but that is unavoidable, but so interesting. We saw so much and experienced and learned so many things (most of which I can't now recall). The places we visited were well organised and clean. Our driver/guide, Daniel, was brilliant - hugely knowledgeable, funny, entertaining with education - a joy spending the day in his presence. River guide was also excellent. This trip is well worth experiencing.

Great Day With a Great Guide
We had a fabulous day out visiting lots of different places. Our guide, Christo, made the day for me with his knowledge of the area, his funny anecdotes and the way he pointed out lots of different things along the way (all liberally sprinkled with 'Dad' jokes).

See the sights and sounds of this amazing rain forest and Massman gorge
Very knowledgeable staff. Driver / guide was a great guy to get on with - Greg/ Christo. Views were spectacular . Food good . All staff very friendly and courteous . Would highly recommend this trip

Had an amazing day! The sights were absolutely gorgeous but our guide Daniel made the day so much better. He narrated this wonderful adventure with great sense of humor and incredible knowledge. Thank you!

Rainforest at its best -At Daintree
Absolutely amazing experience with Danny our driver cum guide ..The Mossman Gorge..the heritage Daintree forest and the boat ride on the Daintree river seeng saltwater crocs and a stop at Alexandra lookout …After a lunch which for a vegetarian is a challenge we saw Cape tribulation…The trip concluded with some lovely varieties of tropical flavour icecream..The trip was very informative and memorable thanks to our driver-guide Danny who gave a lot of information about the varieties of flora fauna at the Rainforest mixed with his Australian humour ..one of which I fell prey to 😁..A definitely recommend experience in Cairn…
