Good tour, recommended. Yan our guide made it enjoyable and interesting. In the time we managed to see most of Old Quebec.

We were seated all the way back by the washrooms despite booking tickets well in advance. No commentary about the history or landmarks we have passed by. We have had this trout before with Greyline and had a totally awesome experience, snacks were provided with great commentary filled with history which helped us to learn so much about Montreal and Quebec, that is why we came back. It was confusing as well, we were told to stay in the bus if we didn’t have cruise tickets so we stayed along with few others. Driver then helped to clarify the confusion and told us we can get off and see the falls etc. Bus seats had no pockets for phones or holder etc and there was no emesis bag in case if someone needed to use it. I am healthcare professional and thinking from that perspective. Tour guide’s Mike wasn’t working either. Thanks

Communication before and during the trip was great. We were kept up to date on where to meet, times, etc. The tour company was organized at the meeting location, especially considering multiple tours were meeting and leaving at the same time. William was a great guide - knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely wanted everyone to enjoy the day. The breakfast stop is hectic! Lots of buses. You might want to just bring your own. The falls were nice. Pay the extra to take the cable car. Quebec City introduction gave us the lay of the land and some history. Wear comfortable shoes! Get off the beaten path and enjoy the beautiful houses and flowers. Try The Chic Shack for lunch - tasty and affordable; try to get a window seat. Optional river cruise was relaxing. We hadn't planned to take the cruise, but the temps were high that day and it got us out of the sun and onto the water.

We had a wonderful day exploring Quebec City with Concord Tours. Rebecca was an exceptional tour guide—knowledgeable, engaging, friendly, and organized throughout the entire trip. She shared fascinating information and made the experience both enjoyable and informative. Our driver, Michelle, was also fantastic, providing a smooth, safe, and comfortable ride. The tour was very well planned, giving us plenty of time to explore Quebec City on our own while still enjoying the guidance and insights of the tour. The perfect balance of structured sightseeing and free time made for a relaxing and memorable experience. I highly recommend Concord Tours and would gladly travel with them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

William was an amazing tour guide, and his sense of humor was second to none. I was very impressed how he could speak four language fluently!He made sure all passengers on the bus had the information that they needed and gave them an ample opportunity to ask questions. He also made sure we had the meeting point directions very clear. The only feedback I would say is maybe less time at the Falls and more time in Quebec City.

It was a wonderful day! I enjoyed the falls and Nicole's tour of Quebec city. I found a modern fountain and a splash pad near the river where I cooled down with some kids. Jerry was great, too.

Though it’s a long way from Montreal it was worth the drive. Old Quebec is beautiful. Lots of shops and restaurants and full of history

The 1 day trip was what I needed. As a first time visitor I'll recommend this company. Mickey was a fantastic trilingual tour guide. He was very helpful with advises, the activity was well structured. I will book again in the future!
