Cucinerete 3 portate peruviane e 2 cocktail. Il nostro tour di cucina, cocktail e mercato peruviano inizia al mercato di San Pedro (porta numero 1), con una visita a questo mercato storico. Proviamo alcuni dei frutti più esotici del Perù (super alimenti) Dopodiché, raggiungeremo a piedi il nostro bar studio, una casa tradizionale del 1930. Iniziamo la nostra esperienza preparando i cocktail più deliziosi con frutta fresca (acquistata nel mercato locale che abbiamo visitato) e Pisco. Cucinerete: tamal peruviano (quinoa), cebiche e causa limeña. La nostra classe è al completo e tu prenderai parte a tutta la preparazione. Dopo la lezione ti invieremo anche le ricette, così poi potrai godertelo con la tua famiglia e i tuoi amici. Avviso : I cocktail e le esperienze di cucina a Cusco sono al mattino e nel pomeriggio. * Al mattino dalle 10: 00 alle 14: 15 * Nel pomeriggio dalle 15:30 alle 19:45 I nostri piatti sono facili da convertire in vegetariani. The experience was wonderful and so homey with Chef Carlos! He made us the group feel so warm and welcoming. He explained the process of cooking along with the historical context in much detail. Highly recommend him!
Absolutely incredible experience. Carlos was an amazing guide and chef and every recipe he made was fantastic. We learned so much about Peruvian cuisine and culture in this class — and now we’re excited to take these recipes home and create them there.

We had an amazing experience cooking with Carlos. We shopped for food at the market and he taught us to make several dishes and drinks. We were hands on doing all the steps for the dishes He was a superb chef and instructor with a fun personality. The food was really awesome and we were stuffed. I would highly recommend this cooking class.

Jesùs was an amazing personality, and very good at explaining cooking. I don’t like raw fish usually, but the ceviche with Asian flavors was delicious! Highly recommend.
