Cucinerete 3 portate peruviane e 2 cocktail. Il nostro tour di cucina, cocktail e mercato peruviano inizia al mercato di San Pedro (porta numero 1), con una visita a questo mercato storico. Proviamo alcuni dei frutti più esotici del Perù (super alimenti) Dopodiché, raggiungeremo a piedi il nostro bar studio, una casa tradizionale del 1930. Iniziamo la nostra esperienza preparando i cocktail più deliziosi con frutta fresca (acquistata nel mercato locale che abbiamo visitato) e Pisco. Cucinerete: tamal peruviano (quinoa), cebiche e causa limeña. La nostra classe è al completo e tu prenderai parte a tutta la preparazione. Dopo la lezione ti invieremo anche le ricette, così poi potrai godertelo con la tua famiglia e i tuoi amici. Avviso : I cocktail e le esperienze di cucina a Cusco sono al mattino e nel pomeriggio. * Al mattino dalle 10: 00 alle 14: 15 * Nel pomeriggio dalle 15:30 alle 19:45 I nostri piatti sono facili da convertire in vegetariani. This was a fantastic experience! We met Chef Carlos at San Pedro Market, got a tour of various stalls and got to try different foods (including fruit, bread, and chocolate). Chef Carlos was very knowledgeable and engaging. The cooking class was wonderful! Each meal was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were great! We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this to anyone with a few hours to learn some Peruvian cuisine!
Amazing experience. Got to try many amazing foods and the admission fee was well worth it. It was an awesome time and had so much fun. It was a perfect length of visit, we got to talk with other travelers and also got to try new foods.
This was an incredible experience and made our trip! The chef was funny, helpful and incredibly skilled and the team was so kind and hardworking. Would 10/10 recommend! And some delishish food!!
Incredible experience with chef Carlos. We learned so much in the market, tried fruits and chocolates and then had a fabulous cooking class. So fun! So full! So educational. 10/10 recommend if you are into food.
Incredible, so so good. I learnt so much about Peruvian cuisine. Carlos, our host, was incredible all the way through. The journey from the market to the kitchen was unique, cannot recommend this experience enough.

This was perhaps my most favourite cooking class so far and ive done a lot of them across the world. We certainly got a bit rowdy as the cocktails settled in and was extremely well entertained walking through the market and then cooking with all our ingredients. It was fascinating to learn about the food history and influence and why ingredients are used in what. This was 10/10 value for money and everything was well prepared and clean. Definitely a must do in cuzco
