Cu Chi Tunnels e Delta del Mekong - Tour VIP

I managed to find a spot for a last-minute booking, and it turned out to be a great experience! Our guide, Toan, was very professional and proficient in English. He gave us a thorough and interesting tour of the Cu Chi Tunnels and explained a lot about the local history and culture. What I especially appreciated was how straightforward and professional Toan was throughout the trip. At some of the places we visited, there were vendors or people trying to sell things or asking for tips, but Toan never pushed or encouraged us to spend any money. Instead, he gave us clear guidance beforehand on what was optional and how to handle these situations, so we never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He also managed the timing very well and made sure we completed the trip before the rain started. Overall, a very enjoyable and well-organized experience. I would highly recommend Toan!

I really found this experience incredible. We did so many activities throughout the day, and Matthew🫶🏽🇻🇳, our guide, took the time to really explain the history of each place to us. He’s very friendly! I really appreciated that and he seems truly passionate about his work💪🏽 I’ve been on a lot of tours during my travels, but this one will remain one of my favorites. I have so many memories now, thank you! 🙏🏽 I’ll never forget it, and I highly recommend it ✨✨✨

An unforgettable day with Matthiew, our guide for the Cu Chi tunnels and the Mekong. He went out of his way to make us comfortable and walked us through the history of every stop from A to Z. We laughed a lot and learned even more. He welcomes every question and truly made the history of Vietnam come alive, both the past and the present. Easily the best guide I've ever had. We spent a full day with Matthew visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong River, from around 7:00 in the morning until about 4:15 in the afternoon, and it was a really memorable experience. What impressed me most about the Cu Chi Tunnels was not only the tunnels themselves, but the history and incredible ingenuity behind them. Matthew explained how the tunnel system worked and pointed out many small details that I probably would never have noticed on my own. He has a great way of showing how resourceful and inventive people were during such a difficult period of Vietnam’s history. Matthew also has a very engaging way of telling stories. He doesn’t simply give you a list of historical facts like a teacher reading from a textbook. He uses humour, gestures, facial expressions and emotions, which makes his explanations much more interesting and memorable. There was a language barrier for me because my English is far from perfect. Honestly, there were moments when I didn’t understand everything he was saying, but I still found myself completely engaged just by watching the way he explained things. I translated and read the information afterwards, and I learned a lot of new things from him. The Mekong part of the trip was completely different, but equally enjoyable. I especially loved the nature — the dense greenery, vegetation and the feeling of being surrounded by a completely different landscape from Ho Chi Minh City. Another thing I really appreciated was how Matthew treated everyone in the group. He made an effort to communicate with each guest individually, translating into Russian for us and Spanish for the guests from Spain. It made the whole group feel included and comfortable. Thank you, Matthew, for a fascinating day, for your patience, your humour and for sharing so much of your knowledge with us. It was a pleasure to experience Cu Chi and the Mekong with you.
