See Paris from the newly cleaned Seine River. All the important sights from the gentle flow of the river.
Attention foreigners. In Paris, the first thing out of your mouth should be bonjour. You must greet everyone first before asking any question or saying anything!!! Now on to the review…Beautiful way to travel to the different famous attractions. I called customer service to find out where the boat pickup location was. She gave me exact directions and we were able to find it quickly. It was maybe 100 steps away. It was on the opposite side of the bridge. We were on the left side and the pick up spot was on the right side. She stayed on the phone with us until we told her we saw the landmarks she was describing. Then she wished us a wonderful time. 12 out of 10 customer service. It would have been nice if they would have given us directions as to the location of the buildings that we were stopping at. Some were on the same side of the river, but for others, you had to walk across the bridge to get to the opposite side of the river. We just had to figure it out by looking around for some of them. I just ended up taking pics of all the buildings around the drop off site. It was very hot. I’m from Louisiana, USA and I was sweating buckets! If I ever come back, I would do the bus and boat hop on and off tour option. I was tired of walking because the sun was literally draining my energy and burning me up. I would definitely recommend this hop on hop off Seine River tour since they had no control over the weather, lol. You have all day to get off and on at any site as many times as you’d like. The boats passed thru about every twenty minutes. We had great timing a couple of times as the boat was approaching at the same time we were, so we didn’t have to wait. Definitely recommend!
It was definitely a worthwhile tour. The buses were not running the day we visited so this was a viable alternative
Great way to get your bearings in Paris. Beautiful way to see the city for the first time. Tickets were reasonably priced. We stayed on the boat for a round trip of 1 hour 40minutes.
It was great to be able to hop on and off. Never had to wait long for a boat and saw the sights from the river.
It was fun But not much shade in the summer
It was perfect I recommend it
Greenhouses with no crosswind . If it's sunny the occupants all get cooked. Terrible design. Look at a photo of the boat.
The reception was not professional at all, even aggressive. A crew member insisted that we buy a free ticket for my 2 and a half year old daughter which was not available on the site but only at the ticket counter. We were late getting on the boat and absolutely had to (without exception) get the ticket where we had to wait in line. A gentleman from the crew wanted to kick me off the boat because I had asked for more explanations. He was very aggressive and he scared my son. They completely ruined the experience. For 25 euros per person (60 in total for the family) one expects at least a professional reception. The boat lacks shade and air and the seats are uncomfortable.
Terrible boat experience with very low frequency, even 45/50 minutes of waiting, not outdoors, greenhouse-like heat
