Itinerario

Amazing experience, the 4.30 cruise was perfect for sunset, the trip back as the city lights became bright was perfect. Captain and crew were amazing

It was rainy and cloudy, but Red Boats operated. The boat ride was still nice, and we could see the city and bridge lights.
Thank you for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed the cruise despite the rainy and cloudy weather. Auckland Harbour has a unique charm in all conditions, and we’re pleased you were still able to take in the beautiful city skyline and Harbour Bridge lights. We hope to welcome you on board again perhaps next time with a spectacular sunset too!
Great Cruise around Auckland waterfront and watch the sunset. Caleb and Aria (hopefully spelling is correct) were both fantastic. Very chill boat ride with amazing views back to the city and the light show with the music on the harbour Bridge was amazing. Totally recommended 👌

There was sailing in the dark with no explanation at all. They wrote will be a guid but there wasn’t. Instead of watching the skyline we were sailing in the dark.
Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry the experience didn’t meet expectations. Our Sunset Cruise includes commentary provided by the skipper onboard rather than a separate dedicated guide. Sunset visibility can also vary depending on weather and cloud conditions on the day. We appreciate you joining us and will take your comments onboard as we continue improving the experience.
Honestly boring. The only good views are the first 5 minutes as you see the city sailing away, and the last 5 minutes of the city lights on the way back. The rest of the time you are just on the water with not much to see for 2 HOURS! Wayyyyy too long. The boat is old, there is not much space, and the PA system didn't work so we had no commentary as advertised. Overall disappointing and would not recommend.
We’re sorry the cruise was not to your personal taste, however our Sunset and Nightlights Cruises are clearly advertised as relaxed scenic harbour experiences focused on being out on the water and viewing Auckland from the harbour. Thousands of guests each year thoroughly enjoy the experience. We do acknowledge the PA system issue raised and appreciate that feedback being brought to our attention.
