The subways were down on #1 line from 14th street on so we missed the boat. They were gracious and gave us tickets for later that day but couldn’t make it back in time so we never had the experience
It was wonderful a great way to see the Statue of Liberty & the city Boat was clean Good service very efficient

A very knowledgeable tourist guide. It was not only a tour of the Statue of Liberty but also the surrounding area and their history. A great worthy tour indeed.
Very informative and got to see the points of interest . Boat ride was nice and calm. The gentleman that was in charge of the info was great.

We did the 50-minute tour which was ok if you're main goal is to see the Statue of Liberty. The boat does get you pretty close. Because 50 minutes is the roundtrip time, you don't see a lot and it felt rushed. I'd definitely do the longer tour next time.

If I could give less than once or I absolutely would.You don’t actually go to the Statue of Liberty it’s a drive-by. So disappointed. After the last two bookings with Austin I don’t think I’ll use them again.
