Itinerario
Il nostro tour inizia alla rampa della barca a 10 corsie, dove caricheremo. Passare sopra la sicurezza della barca. Salpiamo dal molo della rampa sud, in direzione nord. Occasionalmente, il capitano farà delle soste per evidenziare punti di interesse come calette, montagne e splendidi paesaggi. Alla fine navighiamo verso sud, a una velocità lenta costante catturando il resto dei panorami dei laghi dove raggiungeremo la nostra fermata finale di ritorno alla rampa della barca a 10 corsie.

Don’t trust them. No excuse for last minute cancellation. —————————————————————————————————————————-
We arrived at the street locations noted on the tour but there was no boat nearby. We called Viator for help who was unable to contact the vendor or provide any directions on location to meet. We called the vendor phone # listed five times, texted and the VM stated box was full. We continued to drive around & asked people but never found the boat. We drove an hour there, paid a fee to enter the area and had to drive an hour back home as we never took the tour boat. Very disappointing and highly do not recommend this vendor.

Ed, the captain was great! He communicated with me several days before the trip, which helped us to be prepared and know that to expect. He provided very clear direction on where to be and what time. When we met, Ed was super friendly and made the family adventure super relaxing and fun. He explained and shared information about the lake, stopped in several sections to provide information and take some great pictures. We got some snacks (we brought them - he had already shared that we could bring our own snacks), and the kids even had a chance to get in the water. I recommend Ed and this company 100%. It was a great experience well worth the money!
Captain Ed was amazing! He made our boat tour safe and comfortable! He kept conversation, took pics for us, and played good music on board🥳
We arrived at the location 15 minutes early and we couldn’t find it. I tried calling / text and left a voicemail but no response. We waited for another hour but nothing. I would like to get a refund!
Edwin is the Captain you want. He was informative, great conversationalist, and hands down courteous to everyone, including the other boaters. We headed out on a gorgeous day and Edwin made sure to help us capture the picturesque background for the perfect photos.
My family took a boat ride with Captain Edwin. He was such a knowledgeable captain on Lake Pleasant. The ride was great and he showed us how to drive the boat just in case we wanted to rent a boat on our own. Overall, we would certainly recommend Captain Edwin for a boat ride for you and your family!!
Learning about the history of the lake. Enjoying the peaceful boat ride. The time was enjoyable and the scenery was awesome. The captain, Edwin, was great.
Boat never showed up, no one answered the phone. Wasted an entire morning waiting for boat or on hold with visitor. Never again.
The tour guide never showed up. They never responded. I hope Viator does not work with this vendor/ company/ person again.
